Chabad Continues To Shun Abuse Survivor's Father; Parliament Testimony On Chabad Sex Abuse Released

 "I have tried speaking to them directly and through intermediaries, and have been consistently refused a hearing. I have tried going to a Jewish Court, which they also refused. Victims and their families must be protected and encouraged, not further abused: enough is enough!”

I'm told the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission accepted Zephania Waks' case against Chabad earlier this week.

On a related note, here is the testimony of Zephania Waks and his son Manny given before the Victoria (Australia) Parliament’s Family and Community Development Committee’s official inquiry into the handling of child abuse by religious and other organizations on December 10, 2012.

Some of the testimony was embargoed by the parliament because it was not submitted to it in writing before the oral testimoney. That testimony was transcribed and checked before being released today.
