A petition calling on the United Nations to indict Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with crimes against humanity is gaining momentum.
Christians United For Israel, a Christian Zionist organization, which began the petition drive in 2009, announced Wednesday it had garnered more than 133,000 signatures, including those of writer and Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel, Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.), Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, Malcolm Hoenlein, executive vice chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations; and Pastor John Hagee, the founder and chairman of CUFI .
Hagee is a controversial figure in Jewish circles. Some see him as an unwavering supporter of Israel while others bristle at his ultra-conservative comments and positions.
“There is incredible support for this [petition] effort,” said CUFI spokesman Ari Morgenstern.
The petition calls for Ahmadinejad to be charged under Article III Part C of the United Nations’ Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, specifically for the crime of direct and public incitement to commit genocide.
Incitement is one of five crimes allowed for under the convention. The others are genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide, attempt to commit genocide and complicity in genocide.
The convention, which was passed in 1948 to outlaw actions similar to the Holocaust, defines genocide as either killing members of a group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on a group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; or forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
According to Morgenstern, Hagee initiated the petition drive following an appearance by Wiesel on his show.
“Wiesel said during the show that Ahmadinejad should be indicted. That planted the seed in our heads and we decided to build grass roots support for that effort,” said Morgenstern.
The International Criminal Court has jurisdiction over crimes such as those spelled out in the convention. Further, the U.N. Security Council has the power to refer violations of the convention to the ICC.
Ahmadinejad has enraged Jews and non-Jews alike in the past with calls to wipe Israel off the map, his statements that Holocaust did not happen and support for Holocaust deniers.
Last week, when he was in New York to speak at the opening of the U.N. General Assembly, he accused the United States or orchestrating the 9/11 attacks “to reverse the declining American economy and its grips on the Middle East in order also to save the Zionist regime.”
Morgenstern said CUFI noticed an uptick in interest in the petition immediately following Ahmadinejad’s speech.
“For a while there we seeing about a thousand signatures an hour,” he said.

Palestinian Authority Recommends Whitewashing Gaza War Crimes
By Stephen Lendman
Who do they serve anyway? It's clear from the sham peace talks and a new development. The Mahmoud Abbas-controlled Palestinian Authority (PA) wants Israel absolved of accountability for Cast Lead crimes of war and against humanity. No matter that conclusive evidence exposed them, the result of the IDF's 23-day day rampage, killing over 1,400, injuring over 5,000, many severely, and practically leveling wide areas of Gaza, affecting mostly civilian and non-military related targets.
Besides other investigations, two UN Human Rights Council (HRC) ones unequivocally condemned Israel's lawlessness, each demanding accountability.
On September 21, the HRC's independent fact finding Committee issued a stinging indictment, among other conclusions, saying:
"It was clear to the Committee that the IDF had not distinguished between civilians and civilian objects and military targets. Both the loss of life and the damage to property were disproportionate to the harm suffered by Israel or any threatened harm."
Israel clearly violated Fourth Geneva and other international laws. Responsible officials must be held accountable.
"Israel's actions could not be justified as self-defense." It was unequivocal aggression.
"The Committee found that the IDF was responsible for the crime of indiscriminate and disproportionate attacks on civilians....It rejected Israel's determination of who is a civilian."
"The Committee found that the IDF was responsible for the crime of killing, wounding and terrorizing civilians."
The Committee called the IDF "responsible for the wanton destruction of property and that such destruction could not be justified on grounds of military necessity."
The Committee called Cast Lead crimes so outrageous, "it was compelled to consider whether (genocide) had been committed."
The Committee thus concluded that Israel "committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and, possibly genocide in the course of Operation Cast Lead."
In 2009, the Goldstone Commission highlighted the gravity of Israel's crimes, saying:
Its "report concludes that the Israeli military operation was directed at the people of Gaza as a whole....(It was) a deliberate policy of (collective punishment and) disproportionate force (to) willfully (kill) hundreds of civilians," and inflict extensive "disproportionate" destruction of hospitals, homes, mosques, schools, and other civilian structures.
"As a service to the hundreds of civilians who needlessly died and for the equal application of international justice, the perpetrators of (these) serious violations must be held to account."
Mahmoud Abbas said no. His permanent Geneva Human Rights Council envoy, Ibrahim Khraishi, presented a draft resolution not to pursue Israel's accountability, wanting coverup and whitewash instead.
It did it by requesting more time for further investigations, despite exhaustive evidence finding Israel culpable beyond a shadow of a doubt. Abbas, a disgraced collaborator, insulted Gaza's victims and those still suffocating under siege.
The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) condemned him, saying he's:
"holding justice hostage to politics, and extending de facto impunity to the Israeli military and political leadership."
By so doing, he shares culpability, complicit with Israel's war machine, guilty of not struggling against it. He's a traitor, rewarded for betraying his own people. It's been his longstanding practice for decades, notably for his Oslo Accords role, an inexcusable sellout he may repeat in the current sham round.
PCHR condemned his leadership saying;
By passing this (disgraceful) resolution, (he sent) a dangerous message: that what happened in Gaza in 2008-2009 is acceptable. With such impunity, there is no guarantee for Palestinians that these crimes will not be repeated." In fact, it's virtually certain. In small ways, they continue daily throughout the Territories.
Israel Responds
On September 27, Haaretz published a Reuters report headlined, "Israel calls on UN to end 'obsessively biased' Gaza war probe," saying:
On Monday, Israel called "for an end to United Nations Human Rights Council (Cast Lead) investigations." However, Islamic countries and their allies on the Council urged otherwise. Nonetheless, Israel's ambassador Aharon Leshno Yaar said the Council:
"has continually been one-sided and obsessively biased....It did not matter that steps were taken by Israel to protect its citizens while limiting damage whenever possible to Palestinian civilians."
Both Council investigations show he lied, the above conclusions explaining it unequivocally. Israel also whitewashed its own inquiries, absolving culpable government and military officials.
On September 27, the 57-nation Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) demanded that the Council and UN General Assembly continue focusing on Cast Lead and its aftermath. Turkey's delegate said:
"Israel must put an end to its culture of violence....and show a new face to the world." Its Gaza siege and May Flotilla massacre show the futility of that likelihood.
On September 29, Ma'an News Agency headlined, "UN vote backs limited Goldstone follow-up," saying:
"The UN Human Rights Council endorsed on Wednesday some of the recommendations in a UN-backed inquiry into Israel's assault on the Gaza Strip, but the vote drew criticism from human rights groups" for not going far enough.
Despite clear evidence of Israeli lawlessness, the Arab and Islamic blocs tabled a decision, "demand(ing instead) that the UN secretary-general and general commissioner for human rights follow up with" Goldstone Commission recommendations.
A key one involves referring culpable parties to the International Criminal Court (ICC) "if they fail to undertake credible investigations on their own." The HRC said they hadn't, so "the next logical step is to establish a tribunal."
However, the PA's resolution obstructs it, a decision human rights organizations condemned "as another violation of the rights of Palestinian victims."
The HRC also denounced Israel's intransigence for failing to cooperate, and refusing to "conduct investigations in conformity with international standards of independence, thoroughness, effectiveness and promptness into the allegations."
According to one human rights official:
"They killed the Goldstone process. There will be nothing to follow up on." They plan the same thing for the HRC's Committee of experts. "The decision of the PA not to pursue international criminal justice perpetuates this practice and denies victims' rights."
Their action is inexcusable, absolving Israel, effectively letting its killing machine maraud freely - murdering, destroying, and plundering with impunity, Palestinians again denied justice.

The truth will set U.S. free: Breaking Israel’s stranglehold over American foreign policy
By Maidhc Ó Cathail
If Israel’s stranglehold over U.S. foreign policy is to be broken, Americans will need to be informed about the harm that Washington’s unconditional support for the Jewish state is doing to American interests, say leading analysts of U.S.-Israeli relations.
According to John J. Mearsheimer, co-author of The Israel Lobby and US Foreign Policy, “The only plausible way to weaken the lobby’s influence on U.S. foreign policy is for prominent policymakers and opinion-makers to speak openly about the damage the special relationship is doing to the American national interest.”
“Plenty of people in the United States, especially inside the Beltway, know that Israel is an albatross around America’s neck,” says Mearsheimer, the R. Wendell Harrison Distinguished Service Professor of Political Science at the University of Chicago. “But they are afraid to stand up and say that for fear that the lobby will attack them and damage their careers.”
“Hopefully, some of them will develop a backbone,” he adds.
Philip Giraldi, executive director of the Council for the National Interest, believes that Tel Aviv’s stranglehold over Washington can be broken “only by directly challenging the power of the Israel lobby and the false narrative about how it is of value to the United States.”
Giraldi, a contributing editor to The American Conservative, says that “it must be done from the bottom up as Israel cannot be challenged in the mainstream media, Congress, and in the White House.”
“The American people must learn that Israel is and always has been a strategic liability that has done immense damage to the United States and its worldwide interests,” concludes the former CIA officer.
If there is to be an end to Israel’s decades-long “sway over Congress and intimidating presidents,” says Jeffrey Blankfort, a prominent Jewish American critic of Israel and its American lobby, “it will require appeals and actions beginning on a local level that inform the American people not so much about what Israel has done to the Palestinians but what its unregistered agents in the U.S., euphemistically described as ‘lobbyists,’ have done to destroy what little is left of American democracy and the attendant costs in flesh and blood, as well as its tax dollars.”
A long-time pro-Palestinian activist noted for his trenchant critique of Noam Chomsky, Blankfort attributes the failure of such efforts to get off the ground to “the continued unwillingness of the leading figures of the Palestinian solidarity movement in the U.S. to acknowledge the invidious power of the Zionist Lobby,” who, following Chomsky’s anti-imperialist analysis, prefer to “place the primary responsibility for Israel’s crimes and U.S. Middle East policies at Washington’s doorstep.”
“So the first steps,” Blankfort suggests, “may be to publicly challenge these figures while at the same time moving past them and addressing the American people directly.”
No American president will ever have enough latitude to resolve the conflict in Palestine “unless and until enough Americans are informed enough to make their democracy work,” according to Alan Hart, former Middle East chief correspondent for Britain’s Independent Television News.
“In other words,” explains Hart, who was also a BBC Panorama presenter specializing in the Middle East, “if President Obama or any of his successors is ever going to be free to confront and defeat the Zionist lobby’s stooges in Congress and the mainstream media, there has got to be created a constituency of understanding about why it is not in America’s own best interests to go on supporting Zionism’s monster child right or wrong.”
The essence of the problem, Hart argues in the three-volume American edition of his book Zionism: The Real Enemy of the Jews, is that “Americans have been conditioned, brainwashed, to believe a version of history, Zionism’s version, which is a pack of propaganda lies.”
Jeff Gates, former counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, believes that “transparency, accountability and better design” are required to break Israel’s hold on American foreign policy.
“At present, the American public is ignorant of Israel’s all-pervasive influence. Its control includes the media-enabled deployment of fixed intelligence to induce this nation to war for Greater Israel,” says Gates, author of Guilt By Association: How Deception and Self-Deceit Took America to War.
“We will know that accountability is underway when we see federal grand juries convened to consider charges against Israel’s agents, assets and sayanim (volunteers). When a jury brings in the first verdict for treason, Americans will know that the rule of law is being restored. We will know that a solution is within sight when the many appendages of its lobby are required to register as foreign agents.”

Obama’s Inner Eisenhower
By Jeff Gates
Is Barack Obama waking up to the agenda of those who produced his political career? Was his “Inner Eisenhower” on display last week in his televised speech to the U.N. General Assembly?
Did listeners detect a distraught commander-in-chief seeking to bypass Congress and appeal directly to the international community for help in containing Israel’s expansionist goals?
In 1948, the Joint Chiefs cautioned Harry Truman about the “fanatical concepts” of a Jewish-Zionist elite that sought recognition as a legitimate state. U.S. military leaders warned Truman that this elite wanted “military and economic hegemony over the entire Middle East.”
Albert Einstein and other prominent Jews were even more critical. They cautioned Americans about the Zionist political party that produced Menachem Begin, Ariel Sharon and Benjamin Netanyahu, calling it a “terrorist party” with “the unmistakable stamp of a Fascist party.”
Eight years later, President Eisenhower experienced how they advance their agenda when, during the last days of his November 1956 presidential campaign, Israel, France and Britain sought to induce a war with Egypt over control of the Suez Canal.
Though Ike was distracted by presidential politics, London and Paris were quickly persuaded to abandon their efforts. Not Tel Aviv. Then as now, Jewish fanatics were not inclined to listen to a U.S. commander-in-chief regardless of the impact of their behavior on our national interests.
When this Republican leader sought Congressional support to counter the Zionists’ agenda, he found none. That’s when this former five-star general turned in desperation to a televised address to counter Israeli Congressional influence that has grown far stronger over the past 54 years.
In April 2010, a bipartisan 363 members of Congress committed themselves to an “unbreakable bond” with Israel—regardless of its behavior. No one dared even whisper the word treason.
That same Israel-first agenda was addressed to the commander-in-chief over the signatures of 76 Senators led by Democrat Barbara Boxer of California. GOP Congressman Eric Cantor of Virginia and New York Senator Charles Schumer, a Democrat, launched a bipartisan pro-Israel assault on the commander-in-chief that sounded less like the Congress than the Knesset.
Obama’s Inner Ike
Could this be why Obama made an appeal to the international community to halt Israeli expansionism? Like Ike, did he wake-up to the fact of Israeli dominance in the Congress?
Has this young president—with no military experience—been forced to face the reality of an enemy within? If so, we may yet have an opportunity to restore representative government. If so, those who deceived the U.S. to invade Iraq for a Zionist agenda may yet be held accountable.
However, this past week also saw Congressman Barney Frank join others circulating a petition to free Israeli Master Spy Jonathan Pollard. A dual-citizen operative, Pollard did more damage to our national security than anyone in U.S. history. When he stole more than one million classified documents and Tel Aviv sold them to Moscow, our “special friend” gutted Cold War defenses on which American taxpayers spent more than $20 Trillion (in 2010 dollars) from 1948-1989.
Is Barney Frank committing treason? Or is he circulating that petition so that our national security apparatus has a list of those complicit in the treason that induced us to war in the Middle East on false pretenses? Was Obama’s speech to the U.N. a cry for help by a president whose advisory corps is dominated by pro-Israelis and Israeli-Americans?
Few Americans realize that Obama is a political product of the Chicago Outfit, commencing with Penny Pritzker, his top fundraiser according to his April 2007 filing with the Federal Elections Commission. Pritzker’s grandfather and great-grandfather were mob lawyers.
His second-ranked fundraiser was Chicago’s affluent Crown clan (né Krinsky) whose dominant ownership stake in General Dynamics ensured additional riches both from waging the “war on terror” and from Homeland Security. The third-ranked financier active in producing the Obama phenomenon was financial manipulator George Soros, recently rebranded a “progressive.”
Chicagoan Abner Mikva, White House counsel to Bill Clinton, captured the essence of the challenge Americans now face—regardless of party. A former Congressman, Mikva describes Obama as “our first Jewish president.” He should know.
Americans have been deceived for so long, we may be unable to discern the truth even when confessed by those who know it best. Did this eloquent young community organizer realize just this past week that his political success was produced by descendants of organized crime and those loyal to a foreign nation?
Chosen by The Chosen
America finds itself torn between two competing narratives. The first remains loyal to our founding principles in defense of our core freedoms. The second group now grasps that those who induced us to war with phony intelligence misused those freedoms to advance their agenda. How does our commander in chief expose those who befriended us in order to betray us?
With the all-pervasive Congressional influence wielded by Zionist Jews and Zionist Christians, what is a commander-in-chief to do? Is that why Barack Obama turned to television to make an appeal for help from the international community? Or is that just my wishful thinking?
With representative government in the U.S. now dominated by those who share beliefs contrary to our core principles, what is the head of our executive branch to do?
Americans have long been oblivious to Zionist influence. Did Barack Obama just awaken from a self-induced slumber and recall to whom his oath of office obliges him? Perhaps.
Two days ago, Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas echoed the same cautionary words as Albert Einstein and the Joint Chiefs when describing Israel’s “mentality of expansion and domination.”
Little has changed over six decades except the faces on this perilous fascism. Obama may yet become part of the solution. Or, unlike Ike, he may succumb to the pressures of mid-term elections and again support the induced fanaticism now playing out as The Clash of Civilizations.

israel gets boost in U.S.S. military aid
The United States has agreed to help Israel develop a new defense system known as David's Sling to protect the Jewish state against large-scale missile attack.
Few details of the arrangement have been disclosed, although the Pentagon's Missile Defense Agency, said it emphasized "the continued commitment of the United States to the defense of Israel."
Over the last decade, the Pentagon has provided large amounts of funding for the high-altitude Arrow anti-ballistic missile system and the recently deployed Iron Dome system designed to shoot down short-range rockets used by Hezbollah and Hamas.
However, the agreement regarding David's Sling, which is being developed by Israel Aerospace Industries and the U.S. Raytheon Corp., follows a string of major deals with the Pentagon that provide Israel with advanced fighters, massive amounts of fuel and defense funding.
Washington provides Israeli with some $3 billion in military aid annually and there's always some project in the pipeline.
But the deals unveiled in recent weeks indicate they could be linked either to rewarding Israeli for its acquiescence in not opposing an unprecedented $60 billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia, ostensibly to counter Iran, or to prod the Jewish state into making concessions to the Palestinians under President Barack Obama's new Middle East peace initiative.
To get the planned sale of advanced combat aircraft and helicopter gunships for Riyadh through the U.S. Congress, where the Israeli lobby has thwarted such ground-breaking arms sales to Arab states in the past, Obama's administration had to pledge not to provide the Saudis with long-range precision weapons that Israel complains could threaten it.
The United States has never committed to such an expensive arms buildup for an Arab ally before.
But the huge arms deal reflects a significant change in U.S. strategy in the region by confronting Iran through allies and proxies rather than deploying American forces already stretched thin in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The fear is, of course, that far from persuading Iran to back off its alleged quest for nuclear weapons, these deals will only make it feel less secure and reinforce its effort to become a nuclear power.
Whatever, Israel has benefited considerably. These deals will ensure that it retains its traditional technological military edge over its adversaries, despite the festering rift between Obama and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu over settlements expansion.
In recent weeks the U.S. administration has approved the sale of 20 F-35 stealth fighters, the world's most advanced combat jet, to Israel with the $2.75 billion bill being covered by the Pentagon in the form of military aid.
That means the Israelis essentially get the fifth-generation fighters for nothing, plus contracts worth up to $1.5 billion going to Israel's high-tech defense industry to provide components for the F-35.
It also means the Israelis get to maintain their air superiority over their adversaries since the F-35, even in such limited numbers, is a generation ahead of anything the Americans sell the Persian Gulf states.
The Israelis eventually want 75 of these radar-evading jets.
In July, the Pentagon forked out $422.7 million to fund a dozen batteries of the Iron Dome system, built by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, as well as to expand production of ISI's long-range Arrow-3 system, designed to shield Israel from Iran's ballistic missiles.
The development of the Arrow has cost around $3 billion over the last decade, the bulk of the funding came from the United States.
On Aug. 6, the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency informed Congress it planned to sell Israel a vast amount of fuel for an estimated $2 billion.
The sale comprises 60 million gallons of unleaded gasoline and 100 million gallons of diesel fuel for Israel's ground forces and 284 million gallons of JP-8 aviation jet fuel "to enable Israel to maintain the operational capability of its aircraft inventory."
The threat of a nuclear-armed Iran has changed many of the realities in the Middle East and its volatile environs. Saudi Arabia and Israel have found themselves linked by their deep fears of a nuclear-armed Iran.
This hardly makes allies out of these longtime foes. But, in a changing world, the Israelis appreciate the more able Saudi Arabia and its gulf partners are to stand up to Iran and support U.S. forces in the region, the better they will all be.

Obama taps Bush associates as Holocaust museum heads
President Obama named two men closely associated with his predecessor, George W. Bush, as chairman and vice chairman of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Tom Bernstein, who co-owned the Texas Rangers baseball team with Bush in the early 1990s, will be chairman. Josh Bolten, Bush’s former chief of staff, will be vice chairman. Both already are on the museum's council.
Bernstein, who supported Bush’s campaigns for the presidency in 2000 and 2004, was among a small group of big-name Republican donors who switched parties to support Obama after he announced his candidacy in 2007. The president of Chelsea Piers, Bernstein also is the vice chairman of Human Rights First, a watchdog group.
He replaces Fred Zeidman, another prominent Bush supporter whose years at the museum were marked by its expansion into advocating for contemporary victims of genocide and a convivial in-house tone at an institution once riven by bitter rivalries.
Obama also named seven new members to the council:
* Matthew Adler, an investor who is prominent in Miami-area Jewish philanthropy;
* Kitty Dukakis, a founding member of the museum who is now active in refugee relief. Her husband, former Massachusetts Gov. Michael Dukakis, was the 1988 Democratic presidential candidate;
* Karen Chaya Friedman, a civil court judge in Baltimore who is active in Jewish causes in that city and whose husband, Howard, is a past president of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee;
* Mark Goodman, a Boston-based venture capitalist whose doctorate explored poetic and philosophical responses to the Holocaust;
* Ronald Ratner, a Cleveland real estate magnate who was a leading Jewish fund-raiser for Obama during his presidential campaign;
* Menachem Rosensaft, an associate professor at Cornell Law School and a vice president of the American Gathering of Jewish Holocaust Survivors and Their Descendants who supported Obama’s candidacy on the Huffington Post blog. Rosensaft is an outspoken critic of the political abuse of Holocaust language and imagery;
* Kirk Rudy, a real estate businessman in the Austin, Texas area who is active in local Jewish and civil rights groups.
Zeidman and outgoing vice chairman Joel Geiderman will remain on the council, which is comprised of 55 presidential appointees in addition to 10 congressional representatives and three ex-officio members from the departments of state, interior and education. Their terms are five years.

French Jewish leaders decry Shoah comparisons
The French Jewish umbrella group spoke out against recurring comparisons between Nazi treatment of Jews and France’s current policy to rapidly expel Roma migrants.
French Jews silent on Jew Sarkozy's mass expulsion of gypsies.
In a statement this week, the CRIF said it was troubled by the repeated parallels made between the Nazi extermination of Jews and French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s controversial program to quickly send back hundreds of Roma, also known as Gypsy, migrants to Romania or Bulgaria, the native land for most of them.
“The differences are of such a great extent that the simple comparison demonstrates a large ignorance or great dishonesty,” said the statement published Tuesday on the CRIF website.
Some Catholic priests, and politicians on the right and left, have voiced especially fierce opposition to Sarkozy’s ongoing program to expel Roma migrants and dismantle 300 of their illegal camps. They repeatedly have compared the current security policy with the country’s “darker” past during the Nazi -occupied Vichy regime. Hundreds of thousands of Gypsies also were exterminated in Nazi death camps.
“Whatever one thinks of the current measures and declarations in France, it is no one’s right to manipulate history,” the CRIF statement concluded.
Sarkozy declared Roma camps were “sources” of crime that could not be tolerated.
CRIF President Richard Prasquier spoke out this week against the overall risk of stigmatizing Roma migrants, and especially Gypsies of French citizenship. Nevertheless, he has continued to refrain from joining critics who directly accuse the current French government of stigmatizing Roma by depicting them as criminals.
“I’m among those who are convinced that at the head of the state, racism is a horror. That said, one must be very careful with their words and not generalize” about a single group, Prasquier said in an interview published Wednesday in the French magazine Paris Match.http://www.jta.org/news/article/2010/09/02/2740773/french-jewish-leaders-decry-shoah-comparisons

Jewish Terrorists don't make news in Jew-Occupied USA
Brevard County sheriff’s investigators took a man into Baker Act custody Monday after he apparently attempted to enter Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in a van containing a suspicious package, but no charges have been filed.
The Brevard County Sheriff’s bomb squad found a briefcase, motor oil and antifreeze, officials said.
The van’s driver had been corresponding with the U.S. Navy’s ordinance removal team, according to investigators.
The incident began about 9 a.m. Monday at Gate 1, the southernmost entrance to the base on State Road 401. Access to the base was reopened about 12:30 p.m., air base officials said.
An FBI agent also was called to the site to investigate the situation.
Officials did not identify the man, his connection to the base or what brought on the security scare.
The closure was done “in response to a situation at the gate involving a van and a suspicious package found inside,” said Eric Brian, a spokesman for the 45th Space Wing.
“The van driver was turned over to the sheriff’s office," Brian said. Brian also said the unidentified man had previous communications with the Navy’s ordnance team but was not aware of the nature of the comments.
“He was talking to the Navy but I don’t know if any threats were made,” Brian said.
Bomb-sniffing dogs were used along with the sheriff’s bomb squad to inspect the package or suspected bomb-making materials located in the van, officials reported.
The bomb squad X-rayed a briefcase later determined to contain papers, officials said.
“Everybody’s back working, and the gate is open,” Brian said.

Racist Anti-Semitic Defamatory League Says Bomb Imagery In Roger Waters' "The Wall" Tour is Anti-Semitic
The Defamation League (ADL) today criticized rock music icon Roger Waters for using imagery long associated with stereotypes about Jews and money as part of a segment of his 2010-2011 "The Wall Live" Tour that takes aim at Israel's West Bank security fence.
During his performances of "Goodbye Blue Sky," an animated scene projects images of planes dropping bombs in the shape of Jewish Stars of David followed by dollar signs, according to an interview in the September 30 issue of Rolling Stone.
Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director, issued the following statement:
It is outrageous that Roger Waters has chosen to use the juxtaposition of a Jewish Star of David with the symbol of dollar signs. While he insists that his intent was to criticize Israel's West Bank security fence, the use of such imagery in a concert setting seems to leave the message open to interpretation, and the meaning could easily be misunderstood as a comment about Jews and money.
Of course Waters has every right to express his political views about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through his music and stagecraft. However, the images he has chosen, when put together in the same sequence, cross a line into anti-Semitism.
We wish that Waters had chosen some other way to convey his political views without playing into and dredging up the worst age-old anti-Semitic stereotype about Jews and their supposed obsession with making money.
The Defamation League, founded in 1913, is the world's leading organization fighting Semitism through hatred, prejudice and bigotry.

Canadian Jewish advocacy groups clash over cartoon
Canada's two major Jewish advocacy groups are clashing over a cartoon.
Just as B'nai Brith Canada condemned an editorial cartoon in an Ontario newspaper as anti-Semitic and demanded an apology, the Canadian Jewish Congress came to the cartoonist's defense.
Published in the Sept. 20 issue of Le Droit, an Ottawa-based French-language daily, the cartoon depicts the Peace Tower -- an iconic part of Canada's Parliament buildings -- with what resembles a Star of David in the face of the tower's clock.
The French caption on the cartoon read, "Parliament returns," while a traffic sign in the foreground signifies a slippery road ahead.
In a statement issued the same day as the cartoon, B'nai Brith called the drawing "outrageous" because the Star of David "insinuates the false and offensive allegation that Jews control the government of Canada."
The group called for the cartoon's removal from the paper's website and an apology "for publishing such blatantly anti-Semitic propaganda" and to "re-examine editorial policies that have allowed dissemination of such vile material."
Cartoonist Guy Badeaux, known as Bado, countered that his illustration was misinterpreted. He said he was only trying to depict the geometric design on the clock face, which resembles a star.
The CJC's chief executive officer, Bernie Farber, an Ottawa native, said he believes that explanation.
"There is a Star of David on the face of the Peace Tower clock," Farber told the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. "This has nothing to do with anti-Semitism and everything do with a cartoonist who was trying to depict the Peace Tower. It was very legitimate."
Farber added that Badeaux is a friend of the Jewish community and has addressed synagogues and anti-racism initiatives.
Despite that, B'nai Brith issued another statement two days later saying that Badeaux's explanation was "not acceptable" and repeating calls for the cartoon's removal from the website.

More on the Jewish Cyber-Terror Attack on Iran
It took Iran several months since the reports that it was hardest hit by the computer worm known as Stuxnet but recently authorities conceded that about 30,000 IP addresses had been infected with the malware. The worm affected computers of staff at the Bushehr nuclear plant as well as Internet service providers, but officials say major systems at the plant have not been damaged.
Specialists say the malware of unprecedented expertise was custom-made to target and control particular industrial automation software and manipulate it from remote locations. It uses the Internet to spread, but the worm isn't Internet-based, suggesting "patient zero" was infected physically -- presumably by a USB device. Used for espionage or sabotage, the software infects a computer immediately but can remain latent until activated. At any given moment, there are millions of "zombie computers" around the world awaiting activation, not unlike the way spy agencies use sleeper cells or agents, writes Guy Grimland (in Hebrew) of TheMarker.
When news of Stuxnet broke in July, Symantec blogged that it didn't know who unleashed the worm, but listed several theories, considered who was more or less likely to be behind the attack, and said the attack clearly was not the job of an amateur hack. Among the possible culprits were a "lone wolf"; a disgruntled employee; commercial competition; state-sponsored espionage; those with nationalistic, political and religious motivations; and terrorism, which was "within the realm of possibility" in a case that read "as if it were the latest Hollywood blockbuster."
Now, as experts' analyses of the worm are being published and as it becomes clearer that computers associated with Iran's controversial nuclear program were affected, it is also becoming clearer that Stuxnet is about sabotage, not espionage, and it's way bigger than was apparent. Computer technicians thought they could root out the virus in a month or two, senior Iranian information technology official Hamid Alipur was quoted as saying, but attacks keep coming and new versions of it continue to mutate and spread, hampering cleanup.
Gerry Egan, a top Symantec executive, told CNN that the high level of design and specialized knowledge associated with worm was not something "the average hacker at home or in a garage" would have access to.
The sophistication behind Stuxnet combined with Iran's nuclear facility as an apparent target is spawning much speculation.
The theory among experts is that this "took the resources of a nation-state to create a piece of malware so sophisticated," Richard Falkenrath of Chertoff Group told Bloomberg this week. It is theoretically possible that the U.S. did this, he said, noting that this was a remote possibility. A more likely creator, he said, was Israel.
Did Unit 8200, the Israeli army's technology intelligence branch, plant the worm in Iran? The catchy headline in TheMarker (in Hebrew) asked the same question many others are asking but offered no answer. "We'll probably never know," the story says.
About a year before Stuxnet was discovered (experts believe it took about six months to write the complex code), reports emerged of Israel's turning to cyber warfare to foil Iran's nuclear program. In late 2009, Amos Yadlin, commander of Israeli military intelligence, said the ability to collect information and launch cyber-attacks gives small countries -- and terror groups and even individuals -- power to inflict serious damage unlimited by range. And military intelligence is said to have become a combat arm like an air force or navy.
Concerns about attacks are spreading. This year the U.S. announced Cybercom, a new command to synchronize responses to cyber-threats to military systems. Next month, by the way, has been declared National Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
In the early 2000s, Israel established a central body for defending computer systems involving defense as well as strategic national infrastructure, including water, energy and banking. Most responsibility is entrusted to Shin Bet, Israel's general security service.

Nobel peace laureate barred from racist rogue israel
Irish Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Maguire, a vocal critic of Israel's Palestinian policy, was denied entry into Israel Tuesday, an attorney said.
She was detained at Ben Gurion International Airport.
Maguire was traveling to Israel and the West Bank with a delegation to learn about Jewish and Arab women working for peace, the Palestinian Ma'an news agency reported. In May, she participated in the Freedom Flotilla, which was intercepted by Israeli commandos on its way to Gaza.
Nine people aboard the flotilla were killed. Maguire was not part of the convoy when it was raided, but was on a final ship associated with the flotilla, Ma'an said. She was taken into custody from that ship and deported permanently from Israel.
The report said Maguire is fighting the deportation with the help of Adalah, a local organization advocating the rights of Israel's Palestinian citizens.
"We believe that the decision to refuse entry to Ms. Maguire is based on illegitimate, irrelevant and arbitrary political considerations," Adalah attorney Fatmeh El-Ajou said. "All of her activities [in Israel and Palestine] were done in a peaceful and non-violent form and all of her activities should be protected under the right to express her opinion."
The Interior Ministry said after Maguire was deported following the flotilla incident, a permanent order was issued to prevent her from re-entering, Ynetnews reported. The ministry said Maguire chose to ignore the order and came to Israel without a permit.
Ynetnews said Maguire was being held pending a flight back to her home country.

Goldberg: How AIPAC Won & J Street Lost
The usual zionist carrot and stick tactics: Heads you lose, tails I win...
It seems as if J Street, the liberal, ostensibly pro-Israel group, has lost the game it set out to play. I’m not referring here to its decision to take money from George Soros (which calls into question its pro-Israel bona fides, given Soros’s barely-masked hostility to Zionism), and then lie about it (to The Atlantic, among others) or to its mysterious funding source in Hong Kong. I’ll come back to that later. It has lost because it has failed to convince President Obama, and Congress, and most of organized American Jewry, to pressure Israel to unilaterally cease settlement activity on the West Bank, in advance of peace negotations. Ben Smith:
Now that the (settlement) moratorium has expired, the Obama administration has completed a subtle tilt toward Israel’s point of view. The problem is no longer Israel’s actions: It’s the Palestinian insistence that one issue – settlements – be resolved before talks can begin.
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is now feeling some of the heat reserved last year for Netanyahu, and facing the prospect that if he fulfills his promise to withdraw from talks, he will bear the full blame for their collapse…
The shift is the subject of quiet self-congratulations among hawkish Israelis and their American allies. After the difficult start of his relationship with Obama and his humiliation at the hands of Clinton’s, Netanyahu sought to give Obama one thing he wanted: An absolute promise to being peaceAIPAC has won. J Street has lost.

AIPAC espionage case involved a "list of murders" that was suppressed at trial of Larry Franklin
Apparently, JTA coverage of the (ultimately failed) government case against Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman, two former top AIPAC staffers, occasioned some bemused reactions among G-Men.
IRMep, the Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy -- despite its name, its devoted mostly to casting AIPAC in as awful a light as possible -- digs up some juicy memos surrounding the case:
On August 12, 2005 Tracey J. Bridges of the FBI Washington Field Office emailed an article by Ron Kampeas and Matthew E. Berger titled "Two Ex-AIPAC Staffers Indicted". The email subject line was "WOO HOO for you guys..."
On October 7, 2005 Peter Strozok emailed another Kampeas article to colleagues noting, "Did you see the JTA [Jewish Telegraphic Agency]? Need to start calling Reilly 'That's Classified' instead!" The passage that triggered the FBI remark was an account of courtroom drama during which Col Lawrence Franklin began to disclose classified NDI he had passed to AIPAC.
"'It was a list of murders' Franklin began to explain to U.S. District Judge T. S. Ellis when Thomas Reilly, a youthful, red-haired lawyer from the Justice Department, leapt from his seat, shouting 'Your Honor, that's classified!'"
Here's the whole story from which the above graf is excerpted.
To which I can only add: At least someone was reading this stuff.

Rahm israel Emmanuel Likely to Leave Whore House This Week
Although no final decision has been made because of family considerations, ABC News has learned that White House officials are preparing for White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel to announce on Friday – as Congress adjourns for recess -- that he is leaving his post at the White House to explore a run for mayor of Chicago. White House officials expect that President Obama will also name an interim chief of staff, perhaps senior adviser Pete Rouse, at the announcement. Sources close to Emanuel cautioned that he has yet to pull that last trigger on the decision.
Emanuel’s likely departure is not a surprise, his mayoral aspirations well known. Longtime Chicago mayor Richard M. Daly’s announcement earlier this month that he would not seek reelection created the opportunity that Emanuel has long been looking for, the former Chicagoan never coy about his desire to head the proverbial City with Shoulders.
"One day I would like to run for mayor of the city of Chicago.... That's always been an aspiration of mine even when I was in the House of Representatives,” Emanuel said in April to Bloomberg’s Charlie Rose.

Jewish Gaza-bound activists: Storm Troopers used excessive force in naval raid
Activists aboard Gaza-bound ship 'Irene' counter IDF version that the vessel was taken over in a peaceful manner.
UN Report: Israel "executed" US citizen Frukan Dogan. (Who cares?)
Israel Defense Forces soldiers used excessive force while taking over a Gaza-bound aid ship organized by Jewish and Israeli activists, the boat's passengers said Tuesday, countering the military's official version claiming that the takeover had been uneventful.
Earlier Tuesday the IDF reported that Israeli naval commandos peacefully boarded the Jewish aid boat attempting to break a naval blockade on Gaza, saying "IDF naval forces recently boarded the yacht 'Irene', and it is currently being led to the Ashdod seaport along with its passengers."
However, testimonies by passengers who were released from police questioning later in the day seemed to counter the IDF's claims, with Israeli activist and former Israel Air Force pilot Yonatan Shapira saying that there were "no words to describe what we went through during the takeover."
Shapira said the activists, who he said displayed no violence, were met with extreme IDF brutality, adding that the soldiers "just jumped us, and hit us. I was hit with a taser gun."
"Some of the soldiers treated us atrociously," Shapira said, adding that he felt there was a "huge gap between what the IDF spokesman is saying happened and what really happened."
The former IAF pilot said he and his fellow activists were "proud of the mission," saying it was organized "for the sake of a statement – that the siege on Gaza is a crime, that it's immoral, un-Jewish, and we have a moral obligation to speak out. Anyone who stays silent as this crime is being committed is an accessory to a crime."
Eli Usharov, a reporter for Israel's Channel 10 affirmed Shapira's version of the events, telling Haaretz that the takeover was executed with unnecessary brutality.
"They used a taser gun against Yonatan. He screamed and was dragged to the military boat," Usharov said, adding that both Yonatan and his brother Itamar were handcuffed.
The Channel 10 reporter also said that the activists managed to have a serious heart-to-heart conversation with the troops once they were all placed on board the military vessel, and that "overall the atmosphere was good."
Reuben Moscowitz, a Holocaust survivor who took part in the mission, expressed his disbelief that "Israeli soldiers would treat nine Jews this way. They just hit people."
"I as a Holocaust survivor cannot live with the fact that the State of Israel is imprisoning an entire people behind fences," Moscowitz said, adding that "it's just immoral."
"What happened to me in the Holocaust wakes me up every night and I hope we don't do the same thing to our neighbors," Moscowitz said, adding that he was comparing "what I went through during the Holocaust to what the besieged Palestinian children are going through."

Prime Monster silent amid world criticism of moratorium’s end
Netanyahu is failing to create a climate for peace
U
S Middle East envoy George Mitchell is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday to continue efforts to find a compromise to the settlement moratorium issue, as only muted sounds of building were heard on Monday in a few settlements, and voices of disappointment were raised around the world that Israel didn’t extend the freeze.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who has not said anything publicly about the end of the settlement construction moratorium since it expired at midnight on Sunday, is scheduled to meet with Mitchell on Wednesday. On Monday he met for the second time in four days with Quartet envoy Tony Blair, speaking with him at his private residence in Caesarea.
Blair also met with Defense Minister Ehud Barak, who has been intensely involved in trying to find a compromise solution. Blair left the region after those talks.
Netanyahu, according to sources in his office, was on the phone throughout the day on Monday with leaders around the world and in Washington.
“The diplomatic ball is very much in play to ensure a continuation of the talks [with the Palestinian Authority],” one government source said.
In the meantime, the official added, quoting from an interview Ambassador to the US Michael Oren gave over the weekend to the American media, construction will be “responsible, restrained and limited.”
While Netanyahu met on Monday with Barak and discussed the situation with a number of his other cabinet ministers, the next cabinet meeting – where the issue will surely be addressed – is not expected until Monday, the same day the Arab League is slated to meet to discuss the issue. Netanyahu is unlikely to say anything publicly on the matter until then.
A number of ministers, including the Likud’s Yuli Edelstein and Israel Beiteinu’s Uzi Landau, have taken Barak to task in recent days for raising various compromise proposals with US officials without keeping them informed.
Meanwhile, PA President Mahmoud Abbas said in Paris on Monday that he would not “react hastily” and would wait until after the Arab League meeting on October 4 to decide on his next step. Abbas had repeatedly threatened to bolt the talks if the freeze was not extended.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy, standing alongside Abbas, said “the settlements must stop.”
He also said that he has invited Netanyahu, Abbas and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to a meeting in Paris at the end of October, a move widely interpreted in Jerusalem as an attempt to carve out a role for France, and by extension the EU, in the emerging diplomatic process.
The EU was not represented at the Washington summit where direct talks were relaunched at the beginning of the month.
Asked whether Netanyahu was in favor of a Paris summit, one source in his office said, “The prime minister is always agreeable to meeting the Palestinian leader any time, any place. He believes there is no substitute for direct dialogue between leaders, and that if we are ultimately to succeed in the peace process it will be because leaders on both side are making historic decisions.”
Sources in the Prime Minister’s Office, meanwhile, seemed unfazed by international criticism of the decision not to extend the moratorium, with one official saying that some of the comment was expected, and that “I think there is wide international support for continuing the direct talks.”
State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley, in the first Obama administration comment on the matter since the freeze ended, said the US was “disappointed” by the Israeli decision, but remained “focused on our long-term objective and will be talking to the parties about the implications of the Israeli decision.”
Both US President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called on Jerusalem over the past two weeks to extend the moratorium, and for the Palestinians to remain in the talks. Crowley said that position had not changed, and he praised Abbas for not immediately walking away from the talks.
Eighty-seven US senators, meanwhile, sent a letter to Obama on Monday expressing appreciation for restarting direct negotiations, and urging him to “continue to emphasize to Israeli and Palestinian leaders that direct talks, while difficult, provide the best hope of reaching a meaningful and lasting peace agreement.”
The letter praised Netanyahu for not abandoning the talks following the terrorist attack near Hebron that killed four people at the start of the negotiations, and wrote that it is critical that all sides stay at the table. In a clear reference to Abbas’s threats to bolt the talks, the letter read, “Neither side should make threats to leave just as the talks are getting started.”
Elsewhere around the world, British Secretary William Hague, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon all issued condemnations of the government’s decision to let the moratorium lapse.
While expressing “regret” for Israel’s decision, and reiterating the EU’s position that settlements are illegal under international law, Ashton urged the parties “to act responsibly.”
There is no alternative to a negotiated solution,” she said in her statement. “Therefore, it is in everybody’s interest to find a satisfactory way for the negotiations to continue and gather momentum.”
Ban expressed disappointment at the Israeli decision, saying “settlement activity in the occupied Palestinian territory, including east Jerusalem, is illegal under international law.”
He urged Israel to “fulfill its road map obligation to freeze settlement activity.”
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman met with Ban in New York on Monday and said that for nine months the Palestinians said that the moratorium was a trick, yet now have “turned it into everything.”
It is clear, Lieberman said according to a statement released by his office, that the Palestinians were using this issue as an “excuse.” Lieberman is scheduled to address the UN General Assembly on Tuesday.
Regarding the upcoming meeting of the Arab League, Lieberman told Ban that organization had numerous challenges to deal with in the Arab world, “such as hundreds of people killed each week in terror attacks and clashes between Islamic radical groups and security forces in Iraq, Yemen, Sudan, Algeria and Tunisia.
“The poverty and despair in those countries cries out to the heavens,” Lieberman said, “but instead of solving those problems the heads of the Arab League prefer to run away from them and blame Israel for all their internal problems. Instead of conducting a dialogue, they prefer to incite the masses against the Jews.”
Israel was interested in a “reasonable” peace agreement and was willing to cooperate with the international community, but “without compromising on its security and its vital interests,” Lieberman said.
In addition to meeting with Ban, Lieberman met on Monday at the UN with the foreign ministers of Britain, Greece, Bulgaria, Austria, Nauru, Cyprus and Lithuania.

HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR RECEIVES REPARATIONS FROM GERMAN GOVERNMENT
Early this year, Jerry Sheehan and Cristin Zeisler, pro bono attorneys from Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, who works with Bet Tzedek in Los Angeles, met with a 93-year-old Holocaust survivor in New York, who for the purpose of this story we refer to as LO.
The two attorneys worked to find records of the ghetto and petitioned the German government for a ZRBG pension. The application was submitted and supplemented early this year.
When first introduced, the requirements for the ZRBG pension were so stringent that nearly 92% of applicants to the pension were rejected. A recent German court decision made the ZRBG pensions more accessible. Bet Tzedek attorney Volker Schmidt worked closely with German authorities and produced instructional materials to help direct volunteers in assisting survivors with these applications.
Less than six weeks after the supplemental filing, Sheehan received a call from the elated Holocaust survivor reporting that she had just received a retroactive pension check for $18,200, with life-time monthly payments in the $320 range also promised.
Bet Tzedek is pleased by this victory and the part we were able to play, along with our partners at Manatt. We look forward to many more successes in the future with the ZRBG pension.

Immigration to Stolenland Jumps in 5770
Immigration to Israel rose by 18 percent in the Jewish year 5770, according to the Jewish Agency for Israel.
US and UK "disappointed" EU "regretful" at blatant land theft and settlements
Figures released by the agency showed that 17,880 immigrants arrived in Israel in 5770. Some 15,180 new immigrants had come to the Jewish state the previous year.
About 7,430 new immigrants in 5770 came from the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, a rise of 16 percent from the 6,340 of last year.
Some 5,130 new immigrants came from English-speaking countries, up from 5,030. The total includes 3,350 from the United States, up from 3,120; 380 from Canada, down from 460 last year; 260 from South Africa, down from 350; 65 from Holland, up from 45; 50 from Scandinavia, up from 30; and 220 from Australia and New Zealand, up from 175.
“Aliyah is a strategic asset for Israel,” said Jewish Agency Chairman Natan Sharansky, an immigrant from the former Soviet Union. “The rise in aliyah is even more impressive because of the deligitimization campaign against Israel happening around the world.”
There were 2,420 new immigrants from all of Western Europe, up from 2,090 last year, including 2,020 from France, 190 from Belgium, 100 from Italy and 110 from Switzerland. The number also rose from Latin America, with 1,360 immigrants, up from 1,230.
Some 1,320 new immigrants arrived from Ethiopia, the pace of their aliyah determined by the Israeli government.
New immigrants also arrived from Thailand, Hong Kong, New Caledonia, Japan, Tunisia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Malawi, Angola and Uganda.

Funny, those neo-Nazis look Jewish
As documented here, most if not all Neo-Nazis and KKKs, turned out to be Jewish...
CNN International's "World's Untold Stories" takes a look at the story of two neo-Nazis in Poland who discovered that they had Jewish roots.
The companion article picks up where this video lets off:
When Ola brought home the documents to show Pawel his own history, he rushed to confront his parents, and they told him the family secret.
"I was a nationalist 100 percent. Back then when we were skinheads it was all about white power and I believed Poland was only for Poles. That Jews were the biggest plague and the worst evil of this world. At least in Poland it was thought this way as at the time anything that was bad was the fault of the Jews..." he said.
"Emotions, it is difficult to describe how I felt when I found out I was Jewish... my first thought was what am I going to tell people? What am I going to tell the boys? Should I admit it or not? I was angry, sad, scared, unsure."
Over time, Pawel's anger and confusion subsided and he approached Chief Rabbi of Poland Michael Schudrich.
Check out the full article for the rest of the story on how they ended up embracing Judaism.

Hitler deserts the Reich!
Hitler deserts the Reich: He took off with Eva Braun in 1945, and set up shop in the Hassidic Jewish communities in Argentina !
Adolph Hitler: My political testament..

| | ||||||||||||||||
![]()
It is untrue that I or anyone else in Germany wanted war in 1939. It was wanted and provoked solely by international statesmen either of Jewish origin or working for Jewish interests. I have made too many offers for the limitation and control of armaments, which posterity will not be cowardly enough always to disregard, for responsibility for the outbreak of this war to be placed on me. Nor have I ever wished that, after the appalling First World War, there would ever be a second against either England or America. Centuries will go by, but from the ruins of our towns and monuments the hatred of those ultimately responsible will always grow anew against the people whom we have to thank for all this: international Jewry and its henchmen. Only three days before the outbreak of the German-Polish war I proposed a solution of the German-Polish problem to the British Ambassador in Berlin - international control as in the case of the Saar. This offer, too, cannot be lied away. It was only rejected because the ruling clique in England wanted war, partly for commercial reasons and partly because it was influenced by the propaganda put out by international Jewry. I have left no one in doubt that if the people of Europe are once more treated as mere blocks of shares in the hands of these international money and finance conspirators, then the sole responsibility for the massacre must be borne by the true culprits: the Jews.
After six years of war which, despite all setbacks, will one day go down in history as the most glorious and heroic manifestation of the struggle for existence of a nation, I cannot abandon the city which is the capital of this Reich. Since our forces are too meager to withstand the enemy's attack and since our resistance is being debased by creatures who are as blind as they are lacking in character, I wish to share my fate with that which millions of others have also taken upon themselves by remaining in this city. Further, I shall not fall into the hands of the enemy who requires a new spectacle, presented by the Jews, for the diversion of the hysterical masses. I have therefore decided to stay in Berlin and there to choose death voluntarily when I determine that the position of the Fuhrer and the Chancellery itself can no longer be maintained. I die with a joyful heart in the knowledge of the immeasurable deeds and achievements of our peasants and workers and of a contribution unique in the history of our youth which bears my name.
Through the sacrifices of our soldiers and my own fellowship with them unto death, a seed has been sown in German history that will one day grow to usher in the glorious rebirth of the National Socialist movement in a truly united nation. Many of our bravest men and women have sworn to bind their lives to mine to the end. I have begged, and finally ordered, them not to do so but to play their part in the further struggle of the nation. I ask the leaders of the Army, the Navy and the Air Force to strengthen the National Socialist spirit of resistance of our soldiers by all possible means, with special emphasis on the fact that I myself, as the founder and creator of this movement, prefer death to cowardly resignation or even to capitulation. May it become a point of honor of future German army officers, as it is already in our Navy, that the surrender of a district or town is out of the question and that, above everything else, the commanders must set a shining example of faithful devotion to duty unto death. Before my death, I expel former Reichs-Marshal Hermann Goring from the party and withdraw from him all the rights that were conferred upon him by the decree of 29 June, 1941 and by my Reichstag statement of 1 September, 1939. In his place I appoint Admiral Donitz as President of the Reich and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
Although a number of these men, including Martin Bormann, Dr Goebbels and others together with their wives have joined me of their own free will, not wishing to leave the capital under any circumstances and prepared to die with me, I implore them to grant my request that they place the welfare of the nation above their own feelings. By their work and loyal companionship they will remain as close to me after my death as I hope my spirit will continue to dwell among them and accompany them always. Let them be severe but never unjust and let them never, above all, allow fear to preside over their actions, placing the honor of the nation above everything that exists on earth. May they, finally, always remember that our task, the consolidation of a National Socialist state, represents the work of centuries to come, so that every individual must subordinate his own interest to the common good. I ask of all Germans, of all National Socialists, men and women and all soldiers of the Wehrmacht, that they remain faithful and obedient unto death to the new government and its President. Above all, I enjoin the government and the people to uphold the race laws to the limit and to resist mercilessly the poisoner of all nations, international Jewry. Berlin, 29 April, 1945, 4 a.m. Adolf Hitler Witnesses: Dr Joseph Goebbels Wilhelm Burgdorf Martin Bormann Hans Krebs |

israeli Computer virus in Iran actually targeted larger nuclear facility
New analysis, based on the characteristic behavior of the Stuxnet worm, contradicts earlier assessments that the target was the nuclear reactor at Bushehr. Iranian spokesmen, led by the director of the Bushehr facility, had confirmed that Bushehr's computers were infected by the virus.
Experts on Iran and computer security specialists yesterday voiced a growing conviction that the worm that has infected Iranian nuclear computers was meant to sabotage the uranium enrichment facility at Natanz - where the centrifuge operational capacity has dropped over the past year by 30 percent.
The new analysis, based on the characteristic behavior of the Stuxnet worm, contradicts earlier assessments that the target was the nuclear reactor at Bushehr. Iranian spokesmen, led by the director of the Bushehr facility, had confirmed that Bushehr's computers were infected by the virus. But the director added that while senior staffers' computers were affected, the damage to the reactor's functioning was very limited and would not delay its launch, set for next month.
The Bushehr reactor, however, is considered less of a security threat than Natanz by the intelligence communities in both Israel and the United States. Because intelligence analysts believe Iran would have enough material for at least two nuclear bombs if it enriched the uranium held at Natanz from 3.5 percent to 90 percent, every scenario for an Israeli or American attack on Iran's nuclear facilities has put Natanz high on the list of potential targets.
There have been reports in the past of other alleged efforts by Israel and the West to undermine the Iranian nuclear project, some of which also targeted Natanz. These efforts included infiltrating the purchasing networks Iran set up to acquire parts and material for the centrifuges at Natanz and selling damaged equipment to the Iranians. The equipment would then be installed on site and sabotage the centrifuges' work.
The centrifuge - a drum with rotors, an air pump, valves and pressure gauges - is an extremely sensitive system. Generally, 164 centrifuges are linked into a cascade, and several cascades are then linked together. But the centrifuges need to operate in complete coordination to turn the uranium fluoride (UF6 ) they are fed into enriched uranium. Their sensitivity makes them particularly vulnerable to attacks, since damage to a single centrifuge can create a chain reaction that undermines the work of one or more entire cascades.
The International Atomic Energy Agency, whose inspectors regularly visit Natanz, has reported that of the more than 9,000 centrifuges installed on the site, less than 6,000 are operational. The agency did not provide an explanation of this 30 percent drop in capacity compared to a year ago, but experts speculated that the centrifuges were damaged by flawed equipment sold by Western intelligence agencies through straw companies.
The recent revelations about the Stuxnet worm might provide new insights into the problems encountered by the enrichment facility. German computer expert Frank Rieger wrote in Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on Sunday that Wikileaks, a website specializing in information leaked from government agencies, reported in June on a mysterious accident at Natanz that paralyzed part of the facility. Rieger now thinks the Wikileaks report was connected to the Stuxnet worm. He noted that whoever developed the virus refined its programming to allow it to damage small, sensitive components like regulators, valves and pressure gauges, all of which are found in centrifuges.
The New York Times wrote yesterday that the worm was not particularly successful, as it has also spread to other countries, like India, Indonesia and the U.S. It then contradicted itself by saying that the architects of the virus may not have cared how far the worm spread so long as its prime objective, damaging Iran, was achieved.
The prevailing assessment over the past few days has been that Stuxnet was developed by a highly capable intelligence organization, with Israel's Military Intelligence Unit 8200 and the Mossad being named as suspects.
The alleged breakdown at Natanz last year coincides with the Israeli cabinet's decision to extend the tenure of Mossad chief Meir Dagan. The decision was explained at the time by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's satisfaction with Dagan's work.
But it should be noted that even if a foreign intelligence agency did manage to partially sabotage the centrifuges, Iran can make do with the centrifuges it has already to continue enriching the uranium in its possession - which is precisely what Tehran is doing now.

U.S. and Israel ink deal on short-range missile defense
The United States and Israel on Monday agreed to advance work on a weapons system that would help Israel defend against short-range ballistic missiles like those launched by Hezbollah during the Lebanon war of 2006.
The Pentagon's Missile Defense Agency announced the deal late on Monday evening, saying it underscored "the continued commitment of the United States to the defense of Israel."
News of the agreement about the so-called "David's Sling" missile defense project comes amid continued tensions between Israel and Iran, and Russia's decision last week to ban the export of high-precision missile systems and other weapons to Iran.
Army Lieutenant General Patrick O'Reilly, head of the U.S. Missile Defense Agency, signed the agreement with several top-ranking Israeli military officers, including Rear Admiral Ophir Shoham, who heads Israel's defense research
agency.
The agreement continues efforts initiated under a U.S.-Israeli short-range missile defense agreement signed in 2008, the agency said.
The new weapons system will help Israel bolster its defenses against short-range and theater ballistic missiles, large-caliber rockets, and cruise missiles, it said.
It includes continued development of the Stunner interceptor being developed by Israel's Rafael and Raytheon Co as part of Israel's layered missile defense system.

A Boston Bitch
From time to time, a person with an Arab-sounding name is being drafted into zionist camp to support its line. Sometimes, it is an Arab Jew, but as often as not, it is actually an Arab who decided to support the enemy. They are the intellectual equivalent of the CIA-trained Mahmud Abbas' security men. They are plentiful in occupied Iraq, less but numerous in occupied Palestine, and they occur in the US, as well.
A Bostonian Arab, Ms Safia Albaiti is a member of this gang. This relatively young lady decided to fight - no, not the occupation, she fights antisemitism. This is a most profitable business: fight antisemitism, and the Jews will give you a helping hand. So she does: in a letter written to the SocialistWorker.org, a British Trots' site. Her hand is not particularly gentle. For her, our friend Gilad Atzmon, loved by all Palestinians, is but a "vile anti-Semite". As for me, she rants into oblivion: "the notorious racist Russian-Swede Israel Shamir, an open admirer of Hitler, David Duke, Jean-Marie Le Pen and Nick Griffin and the neo-Nazi British National Party". Well, she did not mention I drink Jewish blood with vodka instead of tomato juice in my Bloody Mary, but probably for the lack of space.
Unsurprisingly, the Boston Bitch is praised by the Jewish outlet ACLU. A good friend of Foxman's ADL, the most Zionist body in the US, ACLU is run by Jews for Jews and being supported by rich Jews to the tune of 85 million dollar a year, wikipedia says. Surely she is not worried that Foxman's hit-men support her, as she is doing their work. Despite claiming that she is a Muslim, she does not mind to be in bed with most violent God-deniers and faith-haters of ACLU. Moreover, ACLU (being liberal) is anti-Communist and it bans communists from having a place within. That did not stop allegedly communist SocialistWorker from publishing her letter. What price their communism, I wonder?
I wrote a short missive to the Trots of the SocialistWorker.org:
If there is no place for Atzmon on your site, you should remove Marx, Trotsky, Isaac Deutscher and Abram Leon as well, for these men were even more critical to the "Judaic spirit" and wished to get rid of it.
Ms Albaiti's vicious characteristic of myself is too insane to argue against. I do not "admire" modern politicians, my admiration is given to St Paul for his principled stand and St Francis of Assisi for his compassion and humility. I do despise people who are unable of civilised discourse. The letter of Ms Albaiti belongs to gutter; you demeaned yourselves by printing it and reacting to it.
I do not hold my breath waiting for its publication. These guys consider fair play a "bourgeois fault".

Nice answer indeed! Mrs Safia shows here that you are more important and dangerous than ever. Thanks for fighting so well. Here is your text in French:

thanks so much brother , just one correction... this is the American socialist Worker, not the British one... the real culprit here is the editor Alan Maass and i really do not know what to do with him yet. He didn't publish my answer nor did he publish any other letters that were passed to me including yours.

Boston Trotskyites are worse than useless. I asked them to support the Somerville Divestment Project's ballot petition against public funding of the Israeli state. They claimed to support the Palestinian cause, yet could not sign the petition because they felt it was useless working for any goal less than "worldwide revolution." (in fact Palestine must be destroyed in order for the Palestinian "workers" to join hand in hand with the Israeli "workers" in socialist upheaval to take over the factories). Meanwhile two Zionists who were eavesdropping were laughing their heads off.
Anyway a lot of Arabs (and Muslims) try to play the game of reviling anti-Semitism hoping that the devil, once befriended, will demonstrate some kind of loyalty. Wrong. Many of them actually receive salaries from Jewish organizations but many of them do not. They do this crap in order to "fit in" with those "progressives."

You can always judge a man's character by the lack thereof of his enemies.
It is an honor to have people like this as enemies. If she wrote something like this about me I would send her $5 and ask here to please keep up doing the sock puppet work for the Rad Zios.
Dear Abe Foxman, yes you the half-million-dollar-a-year-man who earns this for reporting vandalism and name calling...you are welcome to unload on me any time so I can put you up on my personal hater bulletin board to show my friends. So far I have only David Horowitz and Norman Podhoretz, both for the nastiest emails anyone has ever sent me.
Podhoretz got angry over a simple question on David Irving, like why if you disagree with his historical writings, do you want to send him to the Jewish Lobby gas chambers, without a trial? Why not just refute what you disagree with?
And for Horowitz, a sock puppet for the Israeli and American defense industry who bankrolled him, I mentioned on his web blog after some sanctimonious nasty treatment he was giving someone...I responded that at least they had never lent their bookkeeper to the Black Panthers for a weekend to get their accounts straightened out. She must have eventually run across some of their drug dealings and said something like ...'hey...cool...you folks are funding you social work by selling drugs in the black community'.
They murdered her that weekend and dumped her body in San Francisco Bay (It washed ashore). In one of Horowitz's books his ending comment on this incident was 'how dare them do this to me, after all I did for them'. Horowitz does not have a USS Liberty section on his website.
Horowitz got very angry :-) But those were the early years when I was learning to use people quotes from their own material to expose what phonies they were. Little did I know then what countless opportunities there would be for this later in life...the gift that keeps on giving.
But frankly folks, only two really good haters on my bulletin board...it has become a bit of an ego problem for me. What the hell kind of heritage activist could I really be without more haters? I must be doing something wrong. So no more Mr. Nice Guy stuff :-)
Dear David, What do you think Betty's last thoughts were, just before they finished her off? Could they have been about you?

Dear Mr. Shamir:
You and I have never met, but we have corresponded over the years, and I have always read your e-mails and articles with great appreciation. I always found you indeed a man of peace, justice and fairness for all. As a Palestinian, I can only wish there were more people like you. And yes, in all of your writings, I have found the spirit of St. Paul and St. Francis of Assisi.
Hence, your message re-Miss Albaiti gave me much concern.
I am, and have been, for a long time, a strong supporter of the ACLU.I can spend the next 20 minutes explaining to you why, but will simply state, unequivocally, that they have always stood for our basic freedoms in the USA. They stood up to Bush when everyone else was cowed. They defend people accused of heinous crimes whom no one else would touch, simply insisting that they be given the basic legal protection we are supposed to enjoy. They stand up for minorities, for "illegals", for the oppressed. They even stood up for the Nazis' right to obtain a permit to march through the streets of Skokie, Illinois,(a town with a substantial Jewish population). That stand cost them the support of many Jews who cancelled their membership in the organization.
The ACLU I know does have many Jewish supporters, but is not in any way a Zionist organization.......and you and I have always agreed on the need to distinguish between "Jew" and "Zionist". I also support "Jewish Voices for Peace", and I hope you do too. They are a bunch of courageous, principled Jews who, against much condemnation and criticism by the old line Zionist organizations, raise their voices and do honor to the memory of Rachel Courrie.
Of course I found Ms. Albaitis' attack on you and on Atzmon, whom I respect greatly, very offensive. But I also accept her right to free speech.
What I cannot accept is the fact, if indeed true, that the Boston Chapter of the ACLU endorses and approves of her and her statements. That would be of great concern to me, as would be the statement that Abe Foxman, whom I despise and totally oppose, is in any way involved with the ACLU or exerts any control on the organization.
May I ask you to verify these 2 points for me? If you can establish them as being true and reliable, I would have to reassess my relationship with the ACLU.
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
Shalom and salam a laikum.
tawfiq
Shamir’s Reply:
Dear Tawfiq,
surely I remember our correspondence.
The last thing I want is to demonise anybody, and that includes ACLU with its huge membership. You are a good person, and certainly you are not the only good person in ACLU. The Soviet Communist Party had a lot of good people, too. There are good people in Israel, and elsewhere. Every organisation fights for good causes as well: you say, ACLU was against Bush' excesses - fine! The Soviet Communists were against poverty, against wars. German Nazis were against usury, banks and financiers, also a good cause. BP provides people with oil, not only poisons the Gulf.
However, while applauding the good cause, one may object to a bad cause, and ACLU has a lot of bad causes they fight for.
They demand to destroy crosses, they try to remove the vestiges of God's presence from American life. You can google ACLU and Cross, or ACLU and GOD, or ACLU and Christ to find thousands of such cases. Their fight against Christianity makes Jewry stronger. And stronger Jewry means more support of the Zionist schemes.
You ask about their relationship with ADL. It is the same people, who smoothly pass from one body to another one. For instance, Sprayregen was a leader of ACLU, and later he became a boss of ADL, and a great supporter of the Christian Zionists, worse than Foxman, if possible. Google ACLU and ADL, you’ll find they work hand in glove most of the time.
Regarding Ms Albaiti’s unwarranted attack: I am not aware that ACLU supported it. Probably they did not discuss it at all, though they were very happy of her on other occasions.
Should you reassess your attitude towards ACLU? Well, just be cautious; try and direct them instead of being directed by them. There is certainly a great need of defending human rights in the US. The right for work, the right to one’s house, the right of being safe from eviction, the right of having a point of view of one’s own… ACLU indeed supported the Skokie march of some Hollywood Nazis, but they did not fight for the kidnapped and extradited citizens. They fought against Christianity, but never against Jewish quasi-religious activity, such as collecting funds for Israel in the synagogues, though this is certainly against the spirit of the US constitution.
In comradeship,
