Germany may rehabilitate Nazi "traitors"
German Chancellor Angela Merkel's coalition plans to pass a law that would rehabilitate all the people branded as traitors by the Nazis in World War Two, a leading conservative said on Tuesday. Merkel's conservatives, who had previously backed only a non-binding motion, would work with their Social Democrat (SPD) coalition partners and draw up a law, Volker Kauder, parliamentary floor leader of the Christian Democrats (CDU), was quoted by Reuters as saying. The law, which has been discussed in Germany for a long time, would ensure a blanket rehabilitation of those viewed as traitors in the Nazi era and would go through parliament before the election in September, Kauder added. Nazi military courts condemned about 30,000 people to death for desertion and treason during the war, and about two thirds of those were executed, according to German media outlets. Historians say the Nazis used the treason charge to condemn soldiers and civilians to death for political resistance and for helping Jews. The draft law could be drawn up in the next few days and parliament will be able to pass it by August 26, said Kauder. "This is a big chance to undo this injustice," opposition Left party lawmaker Jan Korte was quoted as saying in the Financial Times Deutschland. "64 years after the war, it is time to give a signal to families that the German parliament does not see their fathers and grandfathers as traitors."

Dissidents, Hate Speech, Free Speech and Propaganda
I saw Glenn Beck the other day talking about the shooting at the holocaust memorial. On this particular program he wasn´t so much reporting the facts of the case as he was regaling us with his opinion. It appears as if this man James von Brunn has set a tempest upon us with his despicable action. One man kills another and mainstream media personalities are suddenly condemning entire groups of people numbering in the hundreds of thousands if not the millions. One crazy, paranoid, violent old man, perhaps suffering from who knows what kind of brain disorder, takes it upon himself to murder someone in cold blood and suddenly he is not responsible, but shadowy groups of hate mongers must have been pulling his strings? One tragic incident and suddenly I´m hearing rumblings that one of humankind´s most cherished birthrights needs to be monitored by those in power, thus tarnishing the memory of thousands who died in defense of such rights.
Mr. Beck made a statement something to the effect that he felt "9/11 truthers" were dangerous, potentially violent people. He´s been saying things like that for some time. James von Brunn is a racist, angry, violent man whose actions may be judged as that of a madman. Mr. Beck used that man´s individual actions as an excuse to condemn many who are nothing more than peaceful activists or those trying to express a point of view that may seem unacceptable to the majority. Any affiliations James von Brunn may have had, be they with the 9/11 truth movement or with some kind of white supremacist organization, are incidental. Just because he went out and decided to initiate violence against others doesn´t mean that everyone else in all the organizations he was affiliated with are going to go out and start doing the same.
Glenn Beck isn´t the only voice raised against so called hate groups after this incident. I´ve read many a commentary calling for laws making hate speech illegal. All these commentators seem to believe that if people spewing forth hateful rhetoric were forced to remain silent by threat of fines, imprisonment and even violence then hate crimes would no longer occur. They seem to want to put the blame not on the individual who carried out a despicable action, but on people he never met who he happens to agree with on certain issues. These people who want to subvert the right to free speech by outlawing hate speech have missed the point on why the right to free speech needs to be honored and preserved no matter how hateful, vile or disgusting that speech may be.
On the surface, hate speech laws might seem like a good idea to many, maybe even to a majority of people. In fact, I would say the vast majority of people don´t want to hear someone spewing hatred and would disagree with what was being said. There are, however, some things many people might not have considered. First, unpopular speech is the very speech that needs protecting, for speech that most people agree with is in no danger of being censored. Second, who is going to decide what constitutes hate speech? I can tell you this, it doubt very much it will be you or me.
People in power would be the ones determining what constitutes hate speech. People in power are people with agendas. People in power are people who have a tendency to want to take care of their own interests and the interests of their friends and supporters first and consider what´s best for the general populace second. There is often found, on close examination, conflicts of interest between legislation being considered and the interests of those who would vote on that legislation. People in power are people who have biases. In short, people in power are fallible human beings who can make mistakes and do the wrong thing, knowingly or unknowingly, just like anybody else. Perhaps more importantly, people in power today may not be in power tomorrow. The best policy, in my humble opinion, would be the policy of I won´t censor what you have to say and you don´t censor what I have to say.
I suspect that if a hate speech law were to go into effect, it would not be long until dissenters would be imprisoned for speaking out against government policy. In fact, it seems to me this is already happening. The recent articles I´ve written about imprisoning journalists are examples of government curtailing free speech. A law prohibiting hate speech, or any kind of speech for that matter, is just another step toward legitimizing the attempts to silence criticism of government, for it is government personnel who would be determining what hate speech was and it is not hard to imagine that they would soon consider legitimate criticism as hate speech. We're all Anti-Semites Now

Anti-Semitism used to refer to a racial prejudice against Jews. Now "hate" is a codeword for something else: Opposition to Zionism, a political program that many Jews find repugnant.
By equating "hate" with opposition to Zionism, organized Jewry has given everyone permission to be an anti-Semite.
In Soviet Russia, anti-Semitism was considered "counter revolutionary" and severely punished. Similarly, anti-Semitism is now a political crime in the West because it runs counter to the New World Order.
For example, a Winnipeg journalist, Leslie Hughes, was dropped as a Liberal candidate in the 2008 election for remarking on Israeli foreknowledge of the 9-11 attack in an 2003 article. She taught courses on tolerance and had no feelings of hostility against Jews whatsoever. Her crime was political. (She is suing the Jewish groups.)
My writing warns Jews they have been used to advance the central banker's plan for world government dictatorship. I emphasize that every significant nation, religion and organization is being used in the same way. Nonetheless, the Canadian Jewish Congress accuses me of "hatred against Jews" and wants to suppress my writing on this subject. The absurdity of accusing the son of holocaust survivors of anti-Semitism only underlines the true political nature of my crime.

If you're not an anti-Semite, you're uniformed at best, and a sell-out ("vendu") at worst.
Ultimately, the New World Order will turn 90% of the world's population and at least 50% of Jews into anti-Semites. Is this the real agenda? To divert blame away from the central banksters and their non-Jewish Masonic minions?
THE SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN
Andrew Hitchcock's "The Synagogue of Satan" is a compelling chronology of the Jewish role in the central banker's Satanic conspiracy a.k.a The New World Order. Together with my Illuminati, it provides as an excellent introduction to the subject.
The only knock is that Hitchcock does not provide references. For example, he lifts the above list from the Internet without giving credit to Rev. Pike. Nevertheless Hitchcock's sources can be verified online.
I was impressed by the amount of new information and insight I found. Hitchcock explains how the "nationalization" of the Bank of England in 1946 was a sleight-of-hand. He recounts new details of the murder of Rachel Corrie which evoked not a murmur from the US "leadership" and media. He explains how the attack on the USS Liberty was a false flag like 9-11. He lucidly explains the significance of the Noahide Laws.
You read this book with growing fury at the scale of ruthlessness, criminality and chutzpah of certain Jews. These Jews are not God's Chosen people, but Satan's, a matter that should be of concern to the others who are guilty mostly of naivety, complacence, conformity, cowardice, opportunism and even some complicity. (The same can be said of Americans who support US war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan with their tax dollars. Neither can hold their head up.)
Hitchcock quotes Werner Sombart who says that from 1820 onward, there was "only one power in Europe, and that is Rothschild." He says modern capitalism and Americanism are nothing else but "the Jewish spirit distilled." Certainly we must analyze the positive and negative aspects of this spirit, weighing material prosperity against spiritual, cultural and political bankruptcy. We must realize that modern Western civilization is essentially Cabalist (Masonic) and Jewish, and increasingly so.
CONCLUSION
Does the New World Order represent the central banker's need to consolidate power? Is this culmination of a Jewish agenda, or a more general satanic agenda? I suggest that these three agendas are complementary and overlapping.
Our world is the product of a long-term Satanic conspiracy to overthrow Christian civilization and institute a veiled dictatorship using the mass media, education and sophisticated technology. All the scoundrels selling their fellow Americans down the river are put there by the central banking cartel, ( David Rockefeller, US franchisee.)

Canadian Jewish Congress Organized Nazis

A Jewish-Canadian author is in a battle of words with the Canadian Jewish Congress after alleging the organization props up neo-nazi groups to get “hate crime” legislation passed and expand the role of the country’s Human Rights Commission.
Neo-conservative author Ezra Levant claims in his latest book, Shakedown, that the Canadian Jewish Congress hired ex-cop John Garrity to work for the Canadian Nazi Party in the 1960’s. In 1965 and 1966, Garrity was put in charge of membership for the group and organized the dozen or so “rag-tag band of losers” into an outfit that garned a lot of press coverage.
That media attention was used by the CJC to build up a precieved public threat that persuaded Parliament to abridge Canada’s freedom of speech, Levant contends. The CJC, which had been advocating restrictions on free speech in Canada since the 1930’s, used the Nazi Party’s publicity to successfully lobby for the 1971 “hate law” (Section 319 of the Criminal Code). The end result was the enactment of Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, which “empowers the Canadian Human Rights Commission to deal with complaints regarding the communication of hate messages by telephone or on the Internet.”
Garrity told all in 1966
Levant’s claim has been floating around for some time now. Garrity came clean in a 1966 article for Maclean’s magazine, admitting that he handed member and donor information over over to the CJC; however, he did not say his final goal was to curtail free speech in Canada.
Garrity did admit that the Canadian Nazi Party did not conspire to or implement any violent or illegal activities. In fact, any violence Garrity saw was done by Jewish and anti-racist vigilantes. “Sadly, it is the [....] anti-Nazi extremists who, in their attempts to destroy Beattie, provide him with most of the publicity he craves. If it weren’t for the riots and the assaults and the public protest meetings they hold, there’d be no real news,” Garrity wrote in his article.
Back in November 2000, former Canadian Nazi Party leader John Beattie was scheduled to testify at a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal that he was a “dupe and a patsy” for the CJC. He was also going to explain how an agent from the CJC (presumably Garrity) “proposed legal maneuvers [sic] that were calculated to frighten and cause distress among Jews.” However, Beattie never testified, a point many have speculated upon.
Levant then contends that some twenty years after the collapse of the Canadian Nazi Party, Canada’s spy agency infiltrated another neo-nazi group, The Heritage Front. CSIS agent Grant Bristow wound up running the now-defunct group, using Canadian tax dollars to foment more hysteria that got Section 13 to expand even further.
Richard Warman
The Canadian Human Rights Commission also actively engages in “hate speech” in order to catch and prosecute people for “hate speech,” Levant contends. The biggest offender of such a practice is former CHRC staffer Richard Warman, who has been the complainant in all but two cases heard by the CHRC tribunal this decade. In addition to making tens of thousands of dollars, the CJC bestowed Warman with a special award for his efforts.
The tables were stunningly turned on Warman last month, after the CHRC rebuked Warman for his anti-Semitic postings the White Nationalist website Stormfront.org. Warman defended himself by saying his posts that “Jews are scum” was an attempt to gather information on real Nazis, but the tribunal called his actions “disappointing and disturbing,” and ruled that he risked encouraging more hateful messages himself.
Rabbi Reuven Bulka
“Warman’s actions appalled the tribunal, but apparently not the CJC,” says Levant. “Just as the CJC did with Garrity, Nazi opponents continue to stir up neo-Nazi incidents — as if there aren’t enough real threats to Jews as it is.”
Current CJC co-president, Rabbi Reuven Bulka, has dissmissed Levant’s allegations as “fiction” and that all the group did for the Nazis was “to purchase a bottle of rum” for them. Rabbi Bulka wants a retraction to the allegations published in a second printing of Levant’s book.

Discussion of Holocaust to Be Banned?
The recent tragic death of a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, allegedly killed by an individual said to be a “Holocaust denier” is now being touted as a reason to institute laws in the United States similar to those laws outlawing so-called “Holocaust denial” in force in 14 countries, mostly in Western Europe.
However, long-standing evidence suggests that those who advocate such measures in the United States do not intend to directly confront the issue of “Holocaust denial” in pushing such legislation. Rather, they intend to deal with the issue through an insidious tactical “back door” approach.
The scheme has been in the works for a long time and is not to be confused with the long-standing drive (once again before Congress) to set up a federal “hate crimes” bureaucracy.
Here’s the story that’s not been reported anywhere else: On June 12, the conservative Washington Times—which regularly touts the globalist and Zionist agenda—featured a headline story announcing that “Debate arises on legality of Holocaust denial,” as a consequence of what happened at the Holocaust Museum, adding fuel to the fire.
So now the propaganda drive for legislation targeting not just “Holocaust denial” but all manner of political freedom of expression is being rejuvenated.
Jennifer Laszlo Mizrahi, the wealthy American founder of the Israel Project, one of many well-funded Jewish lobby operations, was quoted in the Washington Times article as saying that public distribution of so-called “hate literature” as well as “hate” on public access cable should be outlawed.
And although the Times quoted officials from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of B’nai B’rith as saying the ADL does not advocate laws criminalizing “Holocaust denial” in America, the fact is that for more than 20 years the ADL has been in the forefront of a coordinated effort to pave the way for legislation designed to suppress speech in the U.S. the ADL considers dangerous to its agenda.
The ADL’s plan is to outlaw what it called “group defamation” that could be considered hurtful against certain specifically identifiable groups of people and thus potentially spark violence against them. In fact, the ADL’s contention is that hurtful language actually constitutes “violence” in and of itself.
In other words, if an individual criticized the actions of the state of Israel for its recent bloody incursion into Gaza, this could be considered offensive by American Jewish supporters of Israel and, in turn, those criticisms of Israel could cause other Americans to become angry at the supporters of Israel. As a consequence of this, it is said, violence could occur.
Or, for example, if someone raised questions about the number of Jews who died in Europe during the Holocaust and suggested that the numbers had been inflated by Jewish groups for political benefit and financial profit—this is considered a form of “Holocaust denial” in Europe today—Jewish people could be “hurt” because their integrity was being questioned and it might cause others to think badly of them.
If this sounds unlikely or extraordinary, consider the documented record of the ADL in this regard.
In 1988 at Hofstra University in New York, the ADL conducted a three-day legal symposium entitled “Group Defamation and Freedom of Speech: The Relationship Between Language and Violence.” The forum concluded with a call for passage of a law to ban what was described as “hate literature” by so-called “extremists.”
The opinions expressed by the featured speakers at the ADL conclave advocating a ban on hate literature centered around two ideas:
� That words, written or spoken, in and of themselves, constitute violence. (For example, one need only call someone a “bad” name without threatening any physical action to perform an act of violence.)
� That words, written or spoken, take on a certain power that creates a reality for the target or victim of these words. (For example, by calling someone a “dirty rotten bum,” he will become one.)
In his opening remarks, Hofstra law professor Monroe Freedman said that trying to defend free speech while trying to protect minorities against those who “defame” them is a “paradox of Constitutional democracy.”
According to Freedman:
Group defamation can create a social climate that is receptive to and encourages hatred and oppression. If a minority group can be made to appear less than human, deserving of punishment, or a threat to the general community, oppression of that minority is a likely consequence.
We know also that language itself can hurt, that there are words that, by their very utterance, inflict injury. . . .When the message is violent, language can itself be violence.
Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) spoke of the “psychic pain” inflicted by language. Another speaker, self-described “Holocaust survivor” Elie Wiesel, injected his opinion that those engaging in group defamation should be “fought” and “dealt with harshly.”
The conference featured a moot court argument of the winning submission of a competition among law students around the nation to write a model statute that could be used to prosecute those who engage in so-called “group defamation.”
The first prize winner was a model statute defining group defamation as:
Any oral, written or symbolic speech, published with malice, that debases, degrades or calls into question the loyalties, abilities or integrity of members of a group based on a characteristic that [is] allegedly common to the members of that group, or that by its very utterance inflicts injury upon members of a group, or that promotes animosity against a group.
A “group” was defined as “an aggregation of people identified by a common race, religion, national origin, ethnicity or gender, or based upon heterosexuality or homosexuality.”
Under the proposed statute, an agency would be established to monitor acts of group defamation; assess the impact of any speech that defames a group; and counteract the actually and potentially adverse effects of that speech. That agency would also review all films and movies before they could be shown and, if deemed to be offensive, ban public viewing.
In a similar vein, on November 2, 1995, then-Rep. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.)—now a powerful U.S. senator—joined with the aforementioned Congressman Conyers in promoting legislation of the character proposed at the ADL conference. The Schumer measure, H.R. 2580, was deceptively called “The Republican Form of Government Guarantee Act.”
A longtime ADL spokesman in Congress, Schumer proposed to outlaw discussion of what he called “baseless conspiracy theories regarding the government” that he said endangered public order. Already he was known as the leading congressional enemy of the Second Amendment and the rights of gun owners. Schumer’s new target—the First Amendment—would have been scrapped had the bill been passed.

Rothschild Anti-Semitic ADL Seeks Probe of Viva Palestine
The Anti-Defamation League is urging the Justice Department to investigate whether a U.S.-based group is raising money for Hamas.
Viva Palestina U.S. is a campaign modeled after a similar European initiative, led by British Parliament member George Galloway, that delivered money and a convoy of vehicles to Hamas representatives in Gaza in March. Galloway plans to lead a similar Viva Palestina U.S.-sponsored convoy next month, and he has been visiting the United States recently to publicize and raise funds for it.
In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, ADL said “it is not verifiable that this ‘committee’ will function independently of the Hamas leadership in Gaza, and Galloway -- who plans to lead the American convoy -- has already demonstrated his willingness to directly support Hamas.”
Viva Palestina U.S. organizers say they intend to adhere to U.S. law and will deliver the money raised to a reception committee of nongovernmental organizations in Gaza. Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the United States.

Canadian politician sues Jewish groups
About time too!
An ex-candidate in Canada is suing the country's leading Jewish advocacy groups, alleging they ruined her political career.
Lesley Hughes, who was dumped as a Liberal candidate in a Winnipeg-area electoral district, claims the Canadian Jewish Congress and B'nai Brith Canada made false and defamatory accusations that she is anti-Semitic.
In a lawsuit filed June 16, Hughes alleges that as a result of the actions of the CJC and B'nai Brith, former federal Liberal leader Stephane Dion revoked her candidacy in last September's federal elections.
Hughes is suing the organizations, four of its senior members and Peter Kent, now a federal Cabinet minister who represents a heavily Jewish Toronto-area district.
In her lawsuit Hughes acknowledges that in a 2002 article in a Winnipeg community newspaper, she repeated a variation of the Internet canard that legions of Jews avoided death in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center because the Mossad knew of the attacks in advance.
"Israeli businesses, which had offices in the Towers, vacated the premises a week before the attacks, breaking their lease to do it," she wrote.
Hughes alleges in her suit that CJC and B'nai Brith, using a 6-year-old article, persuaded Dion to revoke her candidacy on the grounds that she was anti-Semitic and unfit for public office.
She says Kent, then a Conservative candidate, issued a news release on Sept. 26, 2008 in which he said Hughes holds "extreme, anti-Israel 9/11 conspiracy theories" and was "unfit to serve for public office."
Hughes claims she has been "branded as an anti-Semite and a person of unsavory character and, as a result, is no longer employable in her role as a freelance journalist/broadcaster." She also says she has suffered mental distress and humiliation.
None of the defendants has filed statements of defense, nor have any of the allegations been proven in court.

Playboy’s Historical Hate Rape
Playboy’s recent online “So Right, It’s Wrong” campaign to “hate rape” ten conservative women, providing a gallery with their names, photos and videos has received some rightful condemnation. However, few people realize that “hate rape” mirth is in keeping with Playboy’s long history of marketing the sexual assault of women and children.
Many liberals and conservatives were stunned both by Playboy’s call to rape the ten ladies in its online issue and by AOL’s loyal censorship of those who criticized its ‘rape your enemy treatise.’
After Playboy dumped its cowardly tract, inevitably, thousands of Playboy-trained users defended its rape campaign as “edgy” “speech.”
In fact, Playboy’s website brags that such ‘edgy’ erototoxins are busily arousing 10 million Americans plus “partners in more than 50 countries throughout Europe, Latin America and Asia….in 200 countries and territories,” thus growing the demand side of the global sex traffic.
Playboy is statically documented as long supporting the sex traffic and the rape of women and children as a class -- albeit usually absent specific names.
For example, the November 1971 Playboy (redacted) image of a naked sleeping child urged dads to do what? “BABY DOLL: It’s easy to feel paternalistic to the cuddly type above. Naturally, she digs forceful father figures, so come on strong, Big Daddy!”
Historically all females, liberal or conservative, are treated with the mandarin slavery mentality of contempt and sexual violence by Playboy and its erototoxic satellites.

As principal investigator for the U.S. Department of Justice, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention study, Images of Children, Crime & Violence in Playboy, Penthouse and Hustler (Grant No. 84-JN-AX-K007, 1989), my research team documented Playboy’s strategic seduction of vulnerable consumers into both addictions.
In 1987, psychiatrist Dr. Linnea Smith and I reported on “Sports, Children, Drugs, Crime and Violence in Playboy Magazine” to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
Youngsters trust publications that profile sports heroes. Collegiate football players appear in the '50s and college basketball players since November 1977 in Playboy’s “All-American Team.”
Playboy merged sports, sex, and mirthful rape since 1954, adding illicit drugs in 1968. In the late '60s, visual drug scenes appeared, with 28% involving juveniles as glamorous and harmless.
In 1970, the Playboy Foundation bankrolled NORML, the National Organization for the Repeal of Marijuana Laws (later “Reform”), and lobbied for legalization of cocaine.
In 1975, market researchers found over 6 million children raised in Playboy homes, many of those who today can laugh at the hate rape crusade. (How many of these are parents whose daughters send naked photos of themselves across the Internet?)
With Playboy marketing prostitution, selling the Phototron (commonly used to grow marijuana indoors) was a logical extension of its interests.
In 1979 psychologist, Aaron Hass (Teenage Sexuality) said almost all children trusted Playboy for reliable sex advice, values, and mores. Our early studies found just over 30% of Playboy images were “child magnets.” These were commonly sexualized cartoons and illustrations with special child appeal, (i.e., Santa Claus, Cowboys and Indians, coloring books) like the colorful "Feds 'N Heads" (May 1971) druggie board game.
Playboy’s August 1984 “Official Boy Scout Handbook” awarded a “Water Safety" badge for scouts who had Johnnie Walker straight. Cocaine smoking scouts got a "Free-Basing" badge.
In our study of 373 Playboy issues, there were 3,045 child images (children under age 18), an average of 8.2 images per issue, 158 (5%) linked to drugs or alcohol; 52% of these were drug and 48% alcohol related.
This is a quick contextual sketch of Playboy’s recent “hate rape” movement as based on a systematic use of cartoons to condition the viewer, to see the mirth in sexualized children, even raped children in photographs.
Playboy falsely states that they never portrayed children in sex scenes with adults. Fully 415 (14%) of our 3,045 Playboy child images found children in a happy or neutral sex scene with adults. For example, an officer lethargically observes Dorothy’s three friends skip off after apparently having raped her. “That’s them officer!” (March 1978, p. 231). This was typical of 21% (646) images linking children with nudity and 14% (424) with genital acts.
No Playboy child sex abuse scene ever showed the child as harmed. Playboy displayed adult-child sex via its fold out biography and in "Sex in Cinema" featuring oral and incestuous activity.
In sum, Playboy’s drugs and child sex rapes are part of a larger context of prostitution propaganda, often in a sadomasochistic or ritual, virgin sacrifice context. Playboy laughs at gang rape, incestuous abuse, juvenile prostitution, necrophilia, and sadomasochism.
Hence, Playboy commonly depicts men and boys as impotent, as “too small,” and as rapists. Most children were between six and eleven years of age -- the most common age group for actual incestuous abuse and general child maltreatment. Based on case histories, sex offender and survivor testimonies, child pornography, child prostitution, and sex rings research, and onsite crime evidence, Playboy has long been used to sexually entrap children.

Jewish school breaks Race Relations Act
A leading Jewish school, JFS in Brent, broke the Race Relations Act by refusing admission to a boy because his mother was not officially recognised as a Jew, the Court of Appeal has ruled.
Three judges held that the entry criteria at JFS, formerly the Jews' Free School, in Brent, north-west London, racially discriminated against the boy, referred to as M.
The boy's father is Jewish by birth, but his mother is Jewish by conversion conducted at a Progressive rather than an Orthodox synagogue and therefore not recognised by the Office of the Chief Rabbi (OCR), Dr Jonathan Sacks.
It is a basic principle that a child is not recognised by the OCR and other bodies as Jewish unless his or her mother is Jewish.
JFS argued that its admissions policy giving preference to Jewish children when the school was oversubscribed was lawful because it was based on religious and not racial criteria.
But the judges said that "the requirement that if a pupil is to qualify for admission his mother must be Jewish, whether by descent or by conversion, is a test of ethnicity which contravenes the Race Relations Act".
The discrimination against M was direct discrimination and therefore could not be justified, said Lords Justices Sedley and Rimer and Lady Justice Smith.
Even if it had been indirect, "we consider its purpose to be selection on the basis of ethnicity and therefore not to constitute a legitimate aim".
After the judgment, solicitor John Halford, representing the boy's father, said: "We welcome the strong statement by the court that the fundamental right to equality before the law, regardless of race, applies to the admissions criteria of a faith school."
Mr Halford urged the state-maintained school to admit M, aged 12, immediately in the light of the judgment and not pursue a further appeal to the House of Lords.
He said: "We have never sought to interfere with the right of Orthodox Jews to define for their own religious purposes who they do or do not recognise as Jewish.
"However, it is unlawful for a child's ethnic origins to be used as the criterion for entry to a school.
"Such a practice is even more unacceptable in the case of a comprehensive school funded by the taxpayer." More

DOJ: AIPAC case witness was asked to 'fake...suicide'
Two people asked a Pentagon official cooperating with prosecutors in an investigation into the American Israel Public Affairs Committee to fake his own death to avoid testifying against two pro-Israel lobbyists charged in the case, according to the Justice Department.
Pentagon analyst Lawrence Franklin pled guilty in October 2005 to participating in a conspiracy with AIPAC officials Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman to obtain and distribute classified information. The Justice Department dropped the case against Rosen and Weissman last month as a trial approached.
"Just prior to the entry of his guilty plea, Franklin was approached by two individuals who made a pitch to Franklin about faking his death by suicide and disappearing, thus thwarting any cooperation in the case against Rosen and Weissman," prosecutors wrote in a brief filed in connection with a motion to reduce the 12-year prison term Franklin was originally sentenced to.
"In January 2006, Franklin conducted five consensually recorded telephone conversations with one of these individuals, in support of an obstruction of justice/witness tampering investigation; however, the FBI was unable to obtain the requisite incriminating evidence to support a criminal investigation," the Justice Department brief said.
Lawyers for Franklin also cited his report of the apparent tampering effort as part of their arguments for reducing Franklin's sentence. The government recommended lowering Franklin's sentence to about nine years imprisonment. Franklin's team asked for probation. Judge T.S. Ellis, who imposed the first 12-year prison term several years ago, re-sentenced Franklin to probation and 10 months home confinement. (The Pentagon official never started his original sentence; he had been free pending Rosen and Weissman's trial.)
The alleged witness tampering was first reported by POLITICO following Franklin's re-sentencing earlier this month.
A lawyer for Weissman, Baruch Weiss, said today he knew nothing about the alleged incident.
"If there was any witness tampering it wasn't by us. We had zero contact with Larry Franklin through all of this. That's true for us, our lawyers and anybody acting on our behalf. It’s totally surprising to me," Rosen said.
An AIPAC spokesman also denied knowledge of or involvement in the alleged approach to Franklin.

FLASHBACK: ISRAEL ORDERS MOSSAD TO MURDER AMERICANS IN THE USA
I was working out in the gym the other day, when Richard Rodriguez, a friend of mine, came in, greeted me, and remarked: "I told some friends of mine about your book on the Israeli connection to 9/11, and do you know what they told me?"
"Uh. Nope."
"They said that you'd better watch your back."
I laughed. But Richard looked dead serious.
A couple of days later, I stumbled on a UPI story that made me think of Richard's comment in a new light: "Israel to kill on U.S., allies' soil."
Say, what?!
UPI intelligence correspondent Richard Sale reports:
"Israel is embarking upon a more aggressive approach to the war on terror that will include staging targeted killings in the United States and other friendly countries, former Israeli intelligence officials told United Press International….
"The Israeli statements were confirmed by more than a half dozen U.S. foreign policy and intelligence officials in interviews with UPI."
If the Israelis are now killing people on the soil of "friendly" countries, just think what they might do in enemy territory. To call this "a more aggressive approach" is putting it mildly. What it amounts to is a declared strategy of international terrorism as an instrument of Israeli foreign policy. It is, in effect, a declaration of war on the whole world. So what is the response of U.S. law enforcement agencies to this threat to commit mayhem on U.S. soil? UPI reports:
"'Mossad is definitely being beefed up,' a U.S. government official said of the Israeli agency's budget increase. He declined to comment on Tel Aviv's geographic expansion of targeted killings.
"An FBI spokesman also declined to comment, saying: 'This is a policy matter. We only enforce federal laws.'"
So how about enforcing federal laws against murder? I suppose it's too much to expect the Keystone Kops of our FBI to protect us against any sort of terrorism, including the Israeli variety, given their record on this score. You would think that our politicians would at least make some pretense at protesting the declared intent of a foreign power to turn the U.S. into their happy hunting ground. But no dice:
"A congressional staff member with deep knowledge of intelligence matters said, 'I don't know on what basis we would be able to protest Israel's actions.' He referred to the recent killing of Qaed Salim Sinan al Harethi, a top al Qaida leader, in Yemen by a remotely controlled CIA drone.
"'That was done on the soil of a friendly ally,' the staffer said."
So because we targeted enemy terrorists in Yemen, Israel now has the right to target anyone it chooses in the U.S.? The logic of this syllogism is elusive, to say the least. If that anonymous staffer is at a loss to explain how we could possibly protest the killing of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil by agents of a foreign power, then perhaps his "deep knowledge of intelligence matters" is more than balanced by his sheer ignorance of other matters. Such as the primary responsibility of the U.S. government – which is to guard the integrity of its own borders, and protect its citizens from foreign invaders.
The UPI story, if true, is bone-chilling in its implications. Will we now have the Mossad rampaging through the U.S., eliminating the alleged enemies of Israel, with an increasingly nutty and desperate claque of Likudniks acting as judge, jury, and executioner? It's unthinkable – isn't it?
I'm not so sure. UPI cites a source in the Israeli government who claims
"In the past Israel has not staged targeted killings in friendly countries because 'no one wanted such operations on their territory.'
"This has become irrelevant, he said."
The denial of past instances of Israeli terror on "friendly" soil rings false. Surely the ghosts of Robert Maxwell, the British publishing magnate many suspect was offed by the Mossad, and Gerald Bull, the Ontario-born scientist and U.S. citizen who worked on Iraqi arms production and was killed in Belgium, are crying out in protest. There can be no doubt that "no one wanted such operations on their territory," but one has to wonder how and why this has suddenly become "irrelevant." Is it because these "friendly" countries are proving their friendship by agreeing to it – or because they have no way to prevent it?
The new thug-in-chief of the Mossad, Meir Dagan, nicknamed "the gun," seems ideally suited to implement this new policy of kill-at-will:
"Former Israel Defense Forces Lt. Col. Gal Luft, who served under Dagan, described him as an 'extremely creative individual – creative to the point of recklessness.' A former CIA official who knows Dagan said the new Mossad director knows 'his foreign affairs inside and out,' and has a 'real killer instinct.'"
This is the man who has given himself carte blanche to pursue "terrorists" and carry out assassinations on American soil. A creative killer, and reckless to boot, stalking Israel's enemies in America, both real and imagined. And our government has "no comment" on this "geographic extension of Tel Aviv's targeted killings." It would be funny if it wasn't so sinister. UPI cites another former Israeli government official who averred that, under Sharon,
"Diplomatic constraints have prevented the Mossad from carrying out 'preventive operations' (targeted killings) on the soil of friendly countries until now. He said Sharon is 'reversing that policy, even if it risks complications to Israel's bilateral relations.'"
Beleaguered politically, facing a possible delay in the much-anticipated Iraq war, and increasingly put on the defensive by an organized opposition in the U.S., Sharon cannot afford to have any compunctions about offending his allies. Nor does he have much reason to worry about "complications" that might arise from American displeasure at such illegal activity. That's what the "special relationship" between the U.S. and Israel is all about: we'll cover their asses no matter what.
Widespread reports of an Israeli spy ring that may have been tailing the 9/11 hijackers and simultaneously penetrating U.S. government facilities, were denied by the Department of Justice, disdained by U.S. government spokesmen as an "urban myth." This denial occurred as a 61-page report by the DEA's internal security bureau detailing the activities of hundreds of Israeli spies was circulating among journalists and over the internet. Our media was no less opaque. As Jane's Intelligence Digest remarked at the time:
"It is rather strange that the U.S. media, with one notable exception, seems to be ignoring what may well prove to be the most explosive story since the 11 September attacks – the alleged break-up of a major Israeli espionage operation in the United States which aimed to infiltrate both the justice and defence departments and which may also have been tracking Al-Qaeda terrorists before the aircraft hijackings took place."
Look, I suppose that a book reporting and expanding on this story – that the Mossad knew more about the 9/11 conspiracy than they ever told us – might make its author a target. Not of violence, necessarily, but of a smear campaign, especially given Dagan's inclinations. As part of the new policy, and aside from purging moderates and packing the highest echelons of the Israeli spy apparatus with like-minded hard-liners,
"Dagan is also urging that Mossad operatives rely less on secret sources and rely more on open information that is so plentifully provided on the Internet and newspapers. 'It's a cultural thing,' one former Israeli intelligence operative explained. 'Mossad in the past has put its emphasis on Humint (human intelligence) and secret operations and has neglected the whole field of open media, which has become extremely important.'"
Israel's above-ground amen corner in America has been among its most valuable assets, and Dagan wants to make more use of it. Character assassination, and not physical assassination, is the preferred method when dealing with Israel's American antagonists. You don't kill an author – just his book.
So, no, I'm not afraid that they'll get me in an alley somewhere. After all those hours in the gym, I'm pretty buffed out, bud, and those muscles aren't just for decoration. But, just in case this UPI story is true – and Dagan "the gun" is more "creative" than I'd like to think – I'll be watching my back all the same….

ADL Director declares war on freedom of speech
The Anti-Defamation League Director for the Plains States Alan Potash, has just declared war against our First Amendment right to freedom of speech. Potash made the following statement, which was published in the May 26 edition of The Omaha World Herald.
“Dangers of hate,” was right to point out that freedom of speech does not extend to racist groups, nor give their supporters the right to threaten and intimidate others or commit acts of violence.
But when bigots step over the line, it is vital that law enforcement and the courts have the proper tools to respond effectively.
This is why Congress should move expeditiously to approve the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevent Act - legislation that would add protection for all citizens from violent acts of intolerance.
The bill, which was approved in the House last month, would equip local law enforcement officials with tools, training and resources to investigate and prosecute bias-motivated crimes.
Like acts of terrorism, hate crimes can hurt more than the individual victim. They can instill fear and insecurity within an entire community."
The Hate Crimes Prevention Act recently passed the Congress and is now on its way to the Senate, where it is likely to pass and signed by President Obama. The Anti-Defamation League has been at the forefront of promoting hate crime legislation, and openly advocates for their model anti-hate law. In 1988 the ADL gave out an award to law student Joseph Ribikoff for writing a proposed hate crime bill that would criminalize hate speech against gays and minorities.
On the ADL's website they state their mission is "to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all." That sounds fair enough but the organization has gone out of its way to vilify anyone who disagrees with their political agenda. On a number of occasions as I have pointed out they have opposed the right to freedom of speech. The ADL has smeared as anti-semites, Professor John Mearsheimer for his book critical of the Israeli Lobby and former President Jimmy Carter for his book "Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid". The ADL has also supported Europe and Canada's policies on prosecuting what their governments deem as hate speech. While they have aligned themselves with the Neoconservatives on the issue of Israel they have also joined with leftist organizations such as the Southern Poverty Center by smearing CNN's Lou Dobbs as well as Pat Buchanan for their views on immigration as racist while ignoring the fact that Israel's immigration policy makes Dobb's and Buchanan's look liberal in comparison.
The ADL claims to be fighting the defamation of the Jewish people but they are doing a grave disservice to Jewish Americans who believe in liberty and freedom of speech by claiming to advocate on their behalf. The ADL has also tried to stifle dissent within the Jewish community such as in the cases of Tony Judt and Norman Finkelstein.

As Above, So Below: The Jews Will Kill All the Nations (All the Goyim)
One of the Jews' favorite passages in the Old Testament is Jeremiah 30:11
"For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished."
In the New American Standard Bible version, this passage is translated as:
"'For I am with you,' declares the LORD, 'to save you; For I will destroy completely all the nations where I have scattered you, Only I will not destroy you completely But I will chasten you justly And will by no means leave you unpunished.'."
The Jewish god, the Devil, clearly states in the Old Testament that he is going to kill off the human race and leave only Jews alive. This is precisely how the Jews interpret this passage.
Judaism is an ugly religion. The Old Testament is completely devoid of spirituality or any sophisticated Metaphysics. It is instead a set of laws, prophecies, and a fabricated history which the Jews created around 500BC so that they could petition the King of the Persians to give them back their religious lands which they never in fact owned.
As such, the Jews created a work which plagiarizes the history and laws of the Egyptian gods and of the Babylonians, without even attempting to answer such questions as what is the human soul or what is the meaning of life.
Instead, the Jew is taught to obey a rigid and racist absolute set of laws, which instruct the Jews to genocide the Palestinians, steal their land, and to conquer and genocide the human race. Later Jews attempted to fill this complete spiritual void left by the OT with Christianity and with the Talmud. Later came the Cabalah. However, while still in Jewish hands, these works are childish and mundane, far less sophisticated than the works of their contemporaries and predecessors. The Talmud and Cabalah continue the hatred, racism and genocidal intent of the OT.
"As Above, So Below" is the occultists' mantra, and the Jews are, and have always been, occultists. The Star of David is made up of a triangle pointing upwards and a triangle pointing downwards. The Freemasons compass and square is a thinly vieled disguise for the Star of David, and both indicate, "As Above, So Below".
The Jews believe that there are seventy gods who watch over the Goyim, the nations. The seventy angels, or princes of the Gentiles are overseen by Sammael, Satan. The Jews sacrifice a goat every year, known as the "scapegoat", to Sammael so that he will convey all of the sins of the Jews onto the Goyim and mediate for the Jews with god. Sammael sells out the Goyim he is bound to protect for a mere goat and the Goyim are thereby blamed for all the crimes of the Jews. We can see how the Jews also scapegoat the Goyim for their Jewish crimes here on Earth. As Above, So Below.
The Jews believe that by controlling the human opposition to Jewry, by employing corrupted and crypto-Jewish leadership to mislead the Goyim, they can provoke wars between the 70/71 nations of non-Jews and kill them off. The Jews believe that by doing this, they can effect the heavenly battle between the 70 gods of the Goyim, the Elohim, and Sammael, against the Jewish god, the Devil.
I am risking my life telling you all of this, because the Jews believe that if these facts are known to the Goyim, the Goyim will exterminate the Jews,

When the Jews lie to you and state that Zionism has nothing to do with Judaism, and that it is political, not religious, know that politics is religion for the Jews. Their religion has no real spiritualism. The Jews believe that the goings on in the political World are mirrored by the heavenly World, and that the battles they provoke between Goy nations provokes the Goy gods to destroy one another, and thereby leave the Gentiles without supernatural protection. Politics on Earth is politics in Heaven for the Jew. The Jew associates Sammael with Esau, Amalek, Haman and Edom, and therefore, Blacks and/or Christendom are the primary targets for Jewish bloodlust, witness the slave trade and the genocides of Christian Armenians and Slavs.
Remember that as Zionism conquered the Palestinians on Earth, the Jews believe a like battle was and is being fought in Heaven. As Above, So Below. Never forget that the Jews want to kill these angels, and with them mankind, and openly state this fact in the genocidal Old Testament in Jeremiah 30:11, which is repeatedly cited in the later literature as justification for the Jewish call to kill all non-Jews. The Jews' spiritualism is politics, in particular the politics of war, genocide and usury. The Jews believe that they are god, the Jewish Devil, As Above, So Below, the Devil in the Jewish heavens and the Jews on Earth are mirror images of one another in Jewish beliefs. The flag of the Nation of Israel bears this mystical belief, which calls for the complete extermination of all non-Jewish nations, all non-Jewish peoples, all non-Jews. The flag of the Jews is an open declaration of war on the human race.
